Nice guy, shows up on time. But didn't get much done because he didn't have this part or that drill bit etc etc. Every few minutes he would come and say "oh we have a problem". No WE don't, you do and it's your job to figure it out. The point of hiring a plumber is to get the job done, not make it the owners problem. Charged me $300 for his time, didn't get the job done. I hired another plumber who got everything done with no problems. Wouldn't recommend

Hired Mike to replace tub faucet. Charged me $125 fee and faucet WASN'T replaced because he didn't have the part to cut the hole bigger in the tub where the faucet goes, but I was still charged! Ended up having my counter installer do the job. Mike seemed stressed about every little thing....the counter guy came cut the hole and installed the faucet in less than 10 min. If you want to be stressed out.....hire Mike.

Empower solar very professional, great on what they do showed up on time and didnt waste time getting to work showed up on the time they scheduled the appointment and were done with their install before noon! Very happy with the Empower crew with their Performance kept me updated through out the process cleaned up after themselves afterwards. I would highly recommend to anyone whos instead in solar to go with Empower.
