Super unprofessional company stay away from them there horrible rude they don’t show to appointments and they don’t bother to call and cancel you have to call them and remind them to order the parts for your repair they said they will call you back with an update but they never do it’s been over a month am my fridge still no fix horrible company in all areas stay away

John was great. He let me know what was wrong, how to fix and what to do in the future.

not sure why low stars, i had wonderful experience with this company, Chris was always professional & friendly every time answered my calls, John was here yesterday late afternoon, with fully equipments to do the repair works, he's wonderful & super skilled, yes, I 100% recommended this company.

I needed a repair for my refrigerator and washing machine. John took care of both efficiently and professionally. Good communication throughout the process.

Stay away!! Very unprofessional. My appointment was postponed 3 times and finally I thought the guy was going to show up but no show. No update nor phone call. Then the next day they scheduled me another appointment giving me a 3-hour window. I waited at home without going to work. After passing 1 hour of the appointment time, I received a call asking me to reschedule and I agreed. Stupidly, I waited for those losers but no show again. NEVER WORK with Lincoln and GAPEX.

John came out to repair an oven. He arrived on time, was very knowledgeable about the specifics of the brand, and had it fixed within 30 minutes. Great guy.

Our home warranty hired this company to come and fix our fridge, they immediately started to give issues with just trying to get in contact with them. but when the technician came for the first appointment on Friday I was not home only my mom was there and spoke to him on the phone and Not only did “Moises” the technician get mad and give attitude because I asked what the problem was in my fridge/freezer and ask what part needed to be change, he implied why should I know it’s not like I can do nothing about it you just a woman type of talk. I immediately didn’t like his attitude. He was also given the $75 fee my warranty asked. my mom didn’t have change so she gave him a $100 and he didn’t have change he said he will bring back the change at the next appointment on Monday which he didn’t at first. After we asked for the change he was like I don’t have change and he wanted us to have our kid to go get change around the corner store and leave him alone at the house which no I will never do. After so much hesitation and back and forth he gave back the change and he was mad about how it was our fault when although it was, it was his problem as well since he had 3 days to get change and to come back saying “he didn’t have change”
All in all he didn’t fix the problem brushed it off so we could “ rebook for another appointment” don’t trust him AT ALL

Great experience working with Gapex! Would recommend to everyone

We scheduled an appointment for 3-5 and the person never showed up. We had to call to get an update at 5 and were told they were running behind 20-30. The offices closed without ever giving an update or another contact for the service person. Poor service and unreliable. Do not recommend.

I had a problem with my dishwasher, they came out the same day and fixed it by the next one, great company
