Vitalii did a great job fixing the washer machine - he was on time, very responsible, knowledgeable of the problem, explained everything! Prior to job, he got the information about the problem and was fully prepared, having a new part with him, also cleaned after job was done…
Highly recommend him !

On time, efficient, had the part so one stop fix, very nice, explains everything. Today he fixed an oven (broiled, didn’t bake) but a few weeks ago he fixed my refrigerator doors that wouldn’t work properly. Found an inexpensive MacGuyver fix instead of ordering all new doors. Working perfectly. Oh and he warranties his work.

Vitali was highly recommended to me by my father, he helped repair his refrigerator. So when my dishwasher stopped working I contacted him. I ended up deciding on getting a new dishwasher, but Vitali helped coordinate my delivery, installed the new dishwasher & made sure everything worked before leaving. He is reliable & great at communicating. Will contact him for any future appliance needs.

Needed repair on a Whirlpool 3 year old washing machine that would stop mid cycle. Vitali was recommended by staff at Home Depot. He is fast to respond to requests and does a thorough job diagnosing issues and completing repairs. Fair pricing as well. Good repair service for appliances is hard to find online! Give Vitali a try. Will call him for any future work that comes up. AAA

They took over a month to conclude that the dryer could not be repaired. This is after about $500 in labor and parts. Not to mention the lost time for many service appointments (one cancelled by them after my daughter took off work to be home). Getting ahold of anyone is so difficult as they use AI for everything. I've used Sears all my life and thought this was the safe way to go, but I was so wrong. I will never use them again. I just bought a new dryer today. I wish I had that $ I spent trying on the lack of repair to help pay for the dryer. So frustrated!!

While the technician did a good job, I felt the cost of the labor, at $300/hr was too high. It does seem to be fixed and I am happy about that.

Just the fact that the technician showed up on time and on the day of deserves a 5 star rating. The technician even called to say he was on his way. He did what he was supposed to do without any gripes or hassles like some other appliance tech companies I know. Sears AppIiance deserves an A+ rating. Keep up the good work Sears service center!

This is the second time I've needed appliance repair. The technician arrived on time and completed the job efficiently. My dishwasher is working again, and I'll definitely use their service in the future!

My refrigerator still isn’t working and your company has been to my home almost, if not 10 times! I am very unhappy with my overall experience with Sears or whomever you contract with. At this point a supervisor needs to come out and evaluate what’s going on or you all need to notify America’s Home Shield that a replacement is needed. I have been without my refrigerator since February!

The machine continues to not work properly. The on button stuck as soon as the service repair left.

Allen went above and beyond checked out everything on my washing machine to make sure it was in working condition. He fixed the problem
He was very nice. I would recommend him again.

After getting the runaround for the first couple of times, I requested a new service technician company because the first one didn’t want to deal with any of the issues. They were extremely rude and very unhelpful. The second company that came out was amazing! Desmond was super professional, prompt, very likable and figured out the issue immediately and fixed it within 30 minutes. I couldn’t be more happy with him and wish that I would’ve been able to start with him over two months ago instead of going through the hoops that I had to just to get a service technician to come out. This whole ordeal has been painful, but the outcome is finally complete and I am happy that it is finally fixed.

Desmond was very skilled, courteous and friendly throughout the visit.

Tech was terrific. AI system for appointments and communications with Sears is AWFUL. Do not buy anything from Sears Home Service

Rating changed from 5 stars to 1 star as the dryer issue is unresolved and worse than before the $400+ service.

Desmond is prompt and respectful. He properly performed the procedure to maintain my refrigerator. Took before and after pictures of the back of the refrigerator. I was pleased.

Technician was great. However I’m a little disappointed in Sears because it looks like nothing can be done about the leak. also the vibration of it. I think sears should replace my washer.
But remember the technician was great he’s been here the last three times.

The technician was very professional, he arrived at the agreed time, he explained what I asked him very respectfully. I am very grateful for his work and with Sears for having excellent employees like Him. Thank you!!
