So I had to replace a start button which is a knob actually repaired on my GE dryer and it worked for 3 days and then it became loose again and we could not start the dryer anymore it would just turn without catching finally it came off.

David was a true professional unlike his coworker who came previously. Greeted me an my family. Asked us questions and addressed all our concerns and asked for all information on what happened to appliance. Took stove top apart showed us in detail what the problem was and resolved the problem immediately with all our options and cost! A true professional and could not ask for better! If you deal with sears this is the man you want helping you with your problems! Thank you and god bless

Josh did a great job. He was on time within the time window between eight and 12. He informed me of what’s the repair entail than what he needed to do to repair the washer and dryer and he was very personable. I would recommend a serious repair to my friends and relatives..

I get great service from sears appliance repair. I had another company first and they couldn't figure it out. Between Alvin and Sayed from Sears repair who came and saved my washer, now it washes again!

Sears Appliance Repair has been a nightmare. They cancelled my appointments twice, and today they kept changing my time every hour—from 1–5 pm to 7 pm on Thanksgiving Eve. No respect for customers’ time, and there’s no real customer service, just automated responses. Completely unreliable. Avoid them.

Sears has changed 6 times of my repair appointment time. I tried to call Sears to discuss this issue but I never was able to talk to a live agent. Ahmad Parwiz finally came to repair my dishwasher and wanted me to pay $350 because he could not find my First American Home insurance contract referral form with his company. He had to put everything back in my dishwasher. Now, it was a minor problem before turned into disaster as of my dishwasher stoped running completely! It's been 10 days that I have to wash a large amount of pots, pans, and dishes by hands. What a mess that created by Parwiz and Sears. At least this technician Ahmad Parwiz could have left my dishwasher running as it was.

We’ve been dealing with a broken washing machine for 4 months. Our home warranty company sent 2 previous technicians who could not figure out the problem. Finally Alvin came, listened to us, and immediately understood what he needed to fix. It seems to be working!

Scheduled, Came, waited for parts ordered, came, fixed. Still broken. 2 weeks.
Update: Sears now trying to charge me $149 for a call out and cxling my service appt and pushing out 2 days. Dont worry - we'll continue living without a washing machine until you're ready. And yes, tried calling the number you gave - only to be asked by AI to select the same schedule slot 3 times. No options to actually speak to anyone.

Ahmad was great! He fixed the problem I believe (I have not yet done a full load of wash) HE was great, SEARS was very disappointing! I waited 6 1/2 hours on Friday for a no show, rescheduled for Sat for another no show in which Sears automatically moved my appt to Monday. Ahmad was kind enough to turn around when I frantically called back when he said I didn’t answer - I didn’t answer due to global outage and my Ring did not alert me!
