Konstantin was very thorough, knowledgeable and honest. Tried everything to fix our very old dishwasher, but so old no parts even made anymore. Was a very cheap diagnostic fee. Full disclosure, we used to be neighbors for a very long time and I can tell you he is a trustworthy person of good character. You will always get a hardworking person dedicated to doing what’s right for you. I’m happy to give him a great review, he earned it and will earn yours if you choose to hire him.

We called these people out to service our dishwasher and the service tech hit on my wife and was very unprofessional. He said it would take 2 weeks to get the part that was needed to fix our dishwasher. It’s been a month and we are still without a dishwasher. Never use these people.

I had the best experience with this company. Very honest and respectful of our home. He was clean and made sure the job was complete. Super polite and I will always use him in the future. I highly recommend this company…..it’s hard to find honest people in todays world.

If your home warrantee company refers to them, save yourself the hassle and ask to transfer to someone else. This guys are highly unprofessional

Sadat is great. He is knowledgeable, honest, thorough, responsive and prompt. We have used a number of repair people over the years and really believe we have found a gem in Sadat. We would recommend him to others without reservation.

Very poor response. SHW referred me to them for a dishwasher repair and I am trying to get an update from them for the past 2 weeks. Absolutely, no response. This guy is a scammer, I don’t recommend them.

If Home Warranty is assigned to this person, I suggest to change to other person.

I had assigned this technician from Home Warranty.. after he visit my home he delayed more than 20 days to report the diagonsis report to home warranty and i end up delay..

We had the pleasure of meeting Jordan the Technician. He was very professional and down to earth at the same time. He is very outgoing, well spoken, and very knowledgeable in his skill set. He did a great job and was very courteous. He is a gem… Keep Up the Great work!!

Rick is great. He identified the issue to our Dacor gas cooktop quickly and resolved it. Rick was so nice and educational. It’s great to know we have someone like him in the area to service our Dacor appliance.

Unfortunately, Asko gave me their # for repair of my 4 year old dishwasher and their Phone Representitive won't even consider servicing an account in Benicia/Solano County. A 15 minute drive...from Concord, CA.

Rick of Accurate Appliance provided excellent, prompt, considerate, and meticulous service to diagnose and repair a malfunctioning set of ovens. His invoice was reasonably for the work and parts required for the repair. We will definitely choose his company for any future needed repairs!

We have a Dacor double oven which was under warranty but was having multiple problems and after five service calls Dacor finally sent Rick from Accurate Appliance to repair our ovens. Since Thanksgiving is coming we were desperate to have it fixed. He came after normal hours on a Saturday , told us exactly what time he would arrive and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable of what the problem could be and fixed both our double ovens. We were amazed that he had the correct parts and that we now have a working oven. Highly, Highly recommend Accurate Appliance for all your repairs!

Amazing communication, quality service, and all around ease of getting not only a Freezer taken care of, but more importantly the fridge. They took the time to problem solve, contact the manufacturer, and made it all work with my busy work day. Highly recommend Rick and his work.

Rick from Accurate Appliance did a difficult repair on my refrigerator that no one else would do for a reasonable charge. After his initial diagnosis he gathered the necessary parts and returned. He made the repair on the second trip with no issues. He was extremely careful of my kitchen, taking care not to damage anything. Refer purrs like a kitten.

Rick from Accurate Appliance came to my home to service a Thermador downdraft ventilation system. While Rick is a nice enough individual (which is why I’m giving him 1 star) he charged me almost $600 in 2 trips to tell me he couldn’t fix the downdraft and that it was not repairable. The downdraft is only a few years old He also told me he would communicate with the Thermador representative to see if they would cover replacement of the part. After his visit 2 weeks ago, I have heard nothing back from him. I feel I was overcharged and that Rick did not follow through on what he said he would do. I also plan to discuss with Thermador because he is listed on their website as a certified repair company for Thermador appliances. Really? Poor customer service.

Why are you asking for a review? He never showed up yesterday or today’s appointment. I received a text for my appointment for both days. He never contacted me to say he wasn’t coming. This has been the worst service experience I’ve ever had at Sears and my dishwasher still needs to be repaired. I have been a long time customer since the seventies. I have called many phone number trying to get help for the last two days.

Yesterday a Sears dishwasher repair person arrived to fix my dishwasher which had been overflowing. Although I had been using the appropriate dishwashing soap, however the liquid rinse I was using wasn't rinse but was actually liquid soap which caused extra suds which caused my dishwasher to overflow. Problem solved.

Jeff was terrific…quickly diagnosed the problem with our oven…ordered the part (which arrived the next day) and completed the repair the day after!

The technician had to return to my house for the same work order because understandably he had to order parts. The parts arrived for both jobs and the same technician came to my house for the same work order and said he could only fix the microwave and not my washer because he didn't have a work order. They both was on the same work order . My washing machine is still broke. And he left. Did not call the office to try and solve the problem

The technician made the difficult decision the the stove cannot be repaired.
