Technician, Leroy was overbooked the previous day and still wasn’t at my house by 7 pm for my 12-5 pm time slot. He was very responsive and apologetic and kept me informed throughout the afternoon. At 7 pm I canceled and rescheduled for next day. Different tech but he was here by 2 and was able to repair. Excellent service. The next day delay was the only reason for a 4 star.

Sayed Fawad, came to fix my dryer and different times two others. Sayed was very polite and explained everything, and took his time to make sure everything was right. a good experience all together with all three. I recommend Sayed and Sears Appliance repair

Shout out to this excellent company for repairing our appliances. Every experience we have with them thus far has been beyond exceptional. We have had them repair at various times our refrigerator, stove and washing machine. Can't recommend them more. Aziz the technician is extremely, extperienced,knowledgeable and friendly.

Fast and Easy was true to its name. It was fast and very easy for me - they were on time, courteous and knowledgeable. They took pains to explain procedure and showed me the old parts. I have a house full of old appliances and if anything goes wrong I will be calling Fast and Easy.

I called and got an appointment to fix our dishwasher the very next day. Aziz showed up on time and was able to quickly diagnose the problem. We had to order a replacement part and he came back with the part just as scheduled, made the installation and tested the machine to make sure the error codes were cleared. We are back up and running. The name of the business is absolutely correct - Fast and Easy (I would add Efficient to that name!). Thank you, Aziz!

they were fantastic! our dryer was squeaking really loud and they were able to come out within a few days to fix it. when the problem came back a few days later, they came back and did another repair, free of charge! when the problem came back AGAIN, the repair tech was flabbergasted and came back out and replace more parts. price was great, repair tech was very respectful! (i later realized the machine wasn’t totally stable which was likely causing all the problems, no fault of the repair tech)

Thanks to Aziz and team! The process for scheduling and having our washing machine fixed was fast and easy! I especially appreciated that they schedule the appointment via text - they keep you up to date regarding availability and let you know when the tech is on the way on the day of the appointment. In my experience, this company was very professional and fast. I was able to get a next day appointment, with a two hour arrival window. The repair technician was early, diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair in under an hour. The payment process was easy and I received my receipt immediately.

This company is great! Contacted them to remove an old dishwasher and install a new one. The owner Aziz is a real nice guy and was incredibly responsive with same day service and a couple follow-up questions I had. Will definitely recommend FEAR to others.

Professional and confident! Dishwasher was overflowing and the plumber shrugged, charged for the shrug, and said I had to contact an appliance tech. I wish I had known about Fast & Easy Appliance Repair. They came in, and within minutes had the drain unclogged. And he ran it about 6 times to make sure there was absolutely nothing left. It cost 250$, but that was the cost of just the install of a new washer. So I'd say it was worth it!
