Aziz is a fantastic repairman. Friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed and fixed our dryer and then a year later our dishwasher. All at a fair price. Saving as our family go-to for any issues in the future.

Aziz was super friendly, and patient enough to explain some of the dishwasher’s inner workings to me too. He also found the problem (chunk of plastic in the air vent) within a few minutes and the stuck around to do several tests before leaving. All fixed up, thank you!

Because of my ice maker started working again before the technician was able to install the parts, I got charged for $100.00 extra for sending back the parts. This was never disclosed by Lisa and the technician. Had this been disclosed it would have ok- That I would pay for ordering the parts

I called three times but their voice mail is not set up yet for messages. I emailed them but never answered my email. I left a text but no answered either. And whenI did get a text this was the response from Lisa: Sorry, there is no way this is ($100.00) going to be returned.

I needed my washer repaired. I was able to get an appointment the next day. Aziz was prompt, professional, and did a great job for a fair price. I would definitely call them if I need service again.

Aziz was patient and knowledgeable. As it happened I identified and fixed the problem as I went through a demonstration of what I had done. When I repeated the bent coat hanger gambit and pulled out a small foil seal (pictured) we learned that had been acting as an intermittent flap valve in the air gap junction. I was happy to have someone at my elbow ready to have picked if and when I got stuck and who could complete an good assessment. Happy to pay the diagnostic fee, especially when he said it would cover an extra visit if needed.

Fast and Easy lived up to their name! My Thermador fridge had a rattling noise and started leaking. Aziz came on time to diagnose the problem, and they promptly ordered the part required to fix it. Very happy, would call them again for other repairs.

It was a breeze setting up the appointment and we had Aziz on site the very next day despite being the weekend.
They diagnosed the issue very well for the leaking freezer compartment of our Whirlpool refrigerator.
There was no way I could have rolled out the refrigerator, dissembled each rack and panel, cleaned everything and put everything back within an hour!
They left our place very clean and were super respectful.
