Eros is awesome and did an excellent job. He arrived right on time and he was very knowledgeable, professional, polite and hardworking.

He installed a heating system and he also added an air purifier, the whole house now has an air purifier and I couldn't be any happier. The system is also quiet and it warms up my whole house fast and effectively. Thank you for the great service you provided, the process was very quick and easier than what I had thought. Also, the price he gave us beat their competitors around the area, and again I couldn't be happier that he made us save some money.

I highly recommend EHC, such a great experience from start to finish!! and big thanks to Eros once again for an amazing service and outstanding results.

This is an excellent HVAC service company. I have used them 3 times now, on each occurrence, prompt service and very knowledgable fault finding. Prices are reasonable for service this good and Eros and team are a pleasure to work with.

You may have noticed all my reviews to date on Google have been 5 star, this is deliberate. Life is too short to focus on that which does not make us happy. This is why I restrict my reviews to those things/places/services that make me happy and appreciate life. Sure, I have been to some really dreadful shops, hotels and restaurants etc., but, like I said, life is too short to spend time thinking and writing about them.

Our gas furnace wouldn't ignite and Eros was able to help us out on very short notice. He was courteous and knowledgeable. He also showed up at the time he said he would and called ahead of time to ensure I could get home in time to meet him. He made it clear what he could do and explained what steps he would take. Fortunately he also had the part needed to get the furnace back up and running. Outcome was exactly what we needed, but I equally appreciated the professional courtesy of the service we received.

Our A/C stopped cooling. We called EHC and they came out first thing the next morning. Noel and Saul arrived on time and even called to let me know when they were on their way. Noel assessed the problem and was able to get the A/C up and running quickly. They also installed a Nest thermostat that we had for a while. They were friendly and helpful! I highly recommend EHC Heating & Cooling!

My rental property’s heating system stopped working, so I called three highly-rated repair companies from Yelp. Two of them came out to assess the situation but couldn’t fix it; they suggested I needed to replace the unit. I then called Eros, and he said he could come by soon. He arrived on time, and after assessing the situation, he told me he could fix it—and he did!

Eros is very knowledgeable and skilled at his job. He is also quite responsible. After he completed the repairs, I paid him, but he stayed to clean the heater as well. He kept his promises regarding timing and pricing, and his final cost was exactly what he quoted.

I will keep his contact information, and if my HVAC system has any issues in the future, he will be the first person I call.

We called EHC because our thermostat decided to stop working just as the temperatures were dropping! They had availability the same day and within hours they showed up! They were on time, had parts, installed and left us warm and toasty! Thank you!! We will definitely be calling them again for any HVAC services! Super friendly and nice, also left the place clean! Price was great too! I highly recommend EHC.

Noel made short work of a difficult job given our difficult to maneuver crawlspace and old equipment. Will definitely be contacting EHC again for future HVAC needs.

Eros was amazing. He came out to our home within 1 hour and fixed our heating sensor issue figured the Outdoor Breaker was tripped ultimately restoring our home Comfort needs.

Eros was amazing and helpful in helping me figure out what was wrong with our thermostat and HVAC. He able to solve the problem we were having and explained thoroughly how to use our thermostat.

Actually, I’m not quite sure what service was done. It was done through Old republic Home Repair warranty. It would be nice to know what was wrong with the system. It seems to happen frequently or at least at the beginning of every year. Is it something that I can teach my tenants to do so that I don’t have to pay the co-pay on the visit.

Well, I’m here in hopes to give people a heads up about this guy. Eros, the owner, is a real piece of work. I purchased a truck from him that he advertised with 80,000 miles on it. When I went to look at it, the five digit odometer showed 20,000 miles. I questioned this. It was explained to me that the vehicle had 120,000 miles on it. I purchased it. When I received the title for the vehicle, the true mileage when he purchased it in 2021 was 222,000 miles. The real mileage is 322000. He knew this and lied. How does this relate to EHC? The owner’s character does not change. Just like he cheated me for money, he will cheat his customers. That’s just who he is. Be careful!!! Better yet, don’t chance it.

Excellent, trustworthy, super friendly. They installed our entire cooling and heating system years ago and they have been providing great maintenance ever since. Don’t hesitate to call them!

I had a wonderful experience with EHC. The Gas furnace at my home stopped working and EHC came in late night to fix it for me. They were able to fix the issue right on spot and get it back working in less than an hour. Overall very good experience with the service.

This is the second visit and, again, this company's service is outstanding. The first time, I had just bought the house and needed it checked out as it didn't seem to be working. They did a great job cleaning it up and it worded just fine since. This time, it wasn't working. I could not figure it out so I called them to come back. It does help to plug it in. Dear lord. Plainly something I should have checked but I had not unpluged it so why check that? Noel was very kind and never made me feel like the idiot I really was. Thank you for your patience!

I did not have a great experience with this company, to start off the tech came out and determined that my blower motor was dead. He took the whole assembly with him to figure out the sizing and so im thinking hes going to the supply house to get a motor. I call him hours later and he says that he has a lot of other jobs going on and cannot do the work today, would of been nice to know that upfront to set my expectations. Since he took the entire assembly with him so I didnt have the option to get a second opinion or use somebody else and I have a pet in the middle of summer so its critical I get the AC working.

It took the guy multiple days to find the motor which is totally understandable considering its an extremely old unit with an odd size for the blower motor. He did contact me a few times to let me know he was having trouble finding a new motor. Once he found one we scheduled windows to get the assembly installed from 6-8PM so I didnt have to miss work. I was expecting him to show up at 6 but calls me at 7 saying hes still an hour away in traffic. He eventually showed up towards the end of the window to do the work. At that point I was irritated and super stressed out because I needed this work done ASAP. The tech did a poor job managing my expectations through the entire process and arriving on time.

We called on EHC because of lack of air flow into one of our rooms. Noel arrived on time, did some testing, took some pictures and recommended that we either replace all the ducting (Nooo!) or try a work-around, a dedicated duct for this room. We chose the second option. He came back a few days later (again on time), showed me exactly what he was going to do, disappeared into the attic again and voila! We had air flow into the room.

So this was a great experience but with a bonus: I asked Noel if he would drop a couple of treats into our nervous dog's crate to calm her down. It worked, our dog relaxed, we were able to let her out, and she and Noel became fast friends. That is above-and-beyond service! We will definitely use EHC again in the future.

I had an amazing experience with this EHC Heating and Cooling! The weather in Fairfield was over 99°, and with small kids in the house, we really needed the AC fixed fast. I called in and spoke with a very nice girl in dispatch who was polite and understanding of our situation.

Technician Noel arrived on time and was spectacular, he explained everything clearly, found the issue quickly, and even gave my husband some great tips on how to maintain our system to prevent future problems.

What really stood out to me was the fair pricing! Another company had quoted me much higher for the same repair, but these guys were honest and didn’t try to overcharge. The whole process was smooth, professional, and fast. Highly recommend this company for anyone looking for reliable and affordable HVAC service!

The service was professional and prompt however the pricing is out of line. They agreed to lower the price after a discussion with the tech, however when I got the updated bill nothing had changed on the bill. If they would of kept their word on the billing adjustment, then at least 4 stars.

This is a real response from a company that hires thousands of service technicians year. None of the reviews I have put up are identical and all have receipts. They just go up when i feel like its justified, while not all the reviews are bad, most are.

It is great that your company responded so quickly, one would assume you would like to get to the bottom of the complaint instead of making false allegations of a not real customer before trying to reach out.

I have the invoice, and recorded conversation with they tech that claimed the cost would be lower after the phone conversation.

It seems like someone in the office was able to find the exact invoice as I was e-mailed an updated invoice for a lower cost after the Owner reply was posted.

I have updated from 1 star to 2 star due to the resolution, would be 3 if they actually attempted to reach out. I shouldn't have to give a negative review and be accused by the owner of a false review when they hadn't tried to reach out.
