really bad customer service I had to call the trane corporation to complain about the horrible customer service well I said I was going to call and complain but I didn't. out of all the hvac distributors I have been to over the past 20 years I have never received such terrible horrible service I have no choice there the only trane wholesalers in co co county

Even though it's across the bridge from most of my work, Specialty AC is your go-to place for all your Trane heating and air conditioning needs. Most of the time they'll have what I need in stock, and if not they're quick to ship it. It's always nice to grab a free soda or water, and popcorn too if it's available!

For any A/C parts, this is the place. Contrary to another comment, as a non-contractor, I've bought parts for my A/C unit (blower fan and contactor) without a 'contractor license'. They were able to look up the correct part for an old (20+years) unit, and it fit perfectly. I'm sure they would have done an exchange if it wasn't the right part. A bit on the expensive side (-1 ☆), but at least it's local and I got the right part without hassle.

Adrian who does the estimates was on "lunch" between 12-2 and 1-3

called the next morning (today) same thing, Adrian was able to get on the phone this time, he would get my estimate out within the hour, (9am)

called again at 12

again at 2:30pm-2:40pm

Adrian is on lunch again something about a late lunch,

it takes literally 2 minutes to provide an estimate on a system at any other parts house.

Wonderful service! Mr Tarabini sent out a tech within hours who was very smart and knowledgeable and got our heater working again right away

I review two quote that he provided for my daughter remodel.
One for moving the existing furnace to the attic and replacing all of the duct work. His quote was for $31,435.00 I got a quote from Absolute Air Heating and air conditioning for the exact same quote for 13,567.00
He also provide a quote to rewire the house including fixtures for $73,838.00. I got another quote with out fixtures for $18,000 and the fixtures will come in around $12,000.

Tarabini Mechanical has been my go-to HVAC contractor for 16-17 years. I met the owner, Jim, on a mutual job site. His company does high quality work and I trust them alone to help my clients and I with HVAC.

Outstanding, prompt and efficient repair by Tarabini Mechanical, highly recommend them. Our furnace was starting and stopping, then our Nest thermostat stopped working and we were heading into the holidays with no heat. Kevin Tarabini made time in his schedule to see us asap. It turned out to be a series of complicated problems, but Kevin was knowledgeable and thorough. Helped solve the Nest issue and found a clogged drain valve in our Carrier furnace and fixed the drain onsite without the usual waiting for a new part to get shipped out. Best HVAC experience I've had in a long time.

Jim handled everything smoothly and did excellent work. On time, professional, and easy to work with. Will definitely use him again.
