I would say this is people here in the most unfriendly and unhelpful at people I guess it's cuz they have so many big contracts that they don't need the little guy they just count on there big customers and everyone else can take a back burner it's too bad companies or like this but that's how it goes I would definitely not try to get any help here again

Since Covid, our business opened 2 weeks and has been closed 7 months. We had no income coming in. But this company has worked with us. During this difficult time. Plus they did good work.

I had a great experience with Matrix HG. It was a huge relief to work with such a professional and detail-oriented team. I would definitely recommend their services!

Matrix van ran red light at 5th and market today in San Francisco, nearly hitting me in the crosswalk. I phoned Matrix gave photo and license of the van. Company so unprofessional and rude, said they would wait for the ticket to come in the mail. Shame on Matrix, we all know there are NO cameras at 5th and Market, that’s why they speed thru. Bad news

***WARNING DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY*** THEY ARE SCAMMERS!! They Dont know what they are doing and Misdiagnos your issue to get more money! If you want a REAL HONEST COMPANY USE Delmonte.
When we initially called this company we had them come out to check what was wrong with our commercial unit. When they came out to diagnose and see what is wrong with our AC they basically said our unit is no good and it was trashed and in order for us to have it up and running they have to replace the whole unit and then gave us a bid for $18,000 to replace the unit I started to question their legitimacy when They came out twice to fix my unit; and both times they came to "FIX IT" my unit STILL DID NOT WORK!! IT Didnt last Since both times they came out my unit only worked for one day and one day only and that's when they lied and said "oh, you need it replaced since both times we came out and the repair we did,did not fix the problem" this whole issue would've been prevented only if they diagnosed it right from the get go (instead of lying to get more money) instead of pushing that the unit is no good and I need to replace it I looked around and found another company to make sure that it Correlated to what this company said was wrong with my unit. I found Delmonte AC and thanks to the Delmonte company we were able to see that MatrixHG Inc were taking Advantage of us and lying about our unit and what was wrong with it. What he estimated was 10X more then what I needed to pay to get my ac up and running again. Delmonte found out our issue with the ac for the fraction of the price and I did not need to replace my unit at all didn't even SUGGEST IT! My AC is working because of delmonte coming to check it once and knowing instantly what my AC unit needed not like MatrixHG Inc; who will give you a overpriced estimate and give you a fake diagnosis just to get more money out of you.
So this matrix company
is a scam They overcharged me and didn't know what they were doing and OWE ME A REFUND for lying and taking advantage of me as a customer. Technicians did not know what they were doing and gave me the run around wasting my time and money for them to lie to me in the end!
DO NOT USE THEM NOT PROFESSIONAL and they are NOT HONEST!! -
This company is extremely unprofessional and do a horrible job. They have come in to my business a number of times and every time have made the problem worse. They are not upfront about charges and then send you an invoice for hundreds of dollars. When coming to follow up on a problem they caused to our HVAC unit they charged us every time even though the problem was actually caused by them. I would not recommend using this Companey for a business.

These guys are hacks and very non professional!! As a union member of IBEW local 6 these guys come in as local union 104 members and think they can do our electrical work they connected the new furnaces to a lighting electrical circuit and then said that it’s there work when it’s obviously not it’s a electricians job to connect power and provide the correct disconnect and circuits for the job!!! Very unsafe and not professional in the city of San Francisco it’s under our jurisdiction and they came to our city and I have personally caught them doing electrical repairs and installs which is a breach of the contract agreement in this case! Do not use Matrix they are union busting Rats!

Seems nothing has changed in the 6 years of horrible reviews. Get people that know what they are doing! And do you hire only people that do not know how to drive? Causing multiple near misses and not having a care for anyone else on the road!

Horrible company. They've been "maintaining" my unit for the last few years through my landlord and every time they come out the techs break something on the unit to make work for themselves. Stay far away from this company if you're a small business owner they will do horrible work and then nickel and dime you to fix their mistakes.

Recently called them to check on my HVAC at my business. After working on it for an hour, I received a bill for almost $1000 when I asked, I never approved the price. No one told me how much is gonna cost before they go ahead and start the service. They said there’s nothing they can do and I have to pay Very unhappy with the way I was treated without knowing how much they’re gonna charge before they start the work when I called to pay for my invoice, the person in charge was not there. They took my CC information and said we have no idea when this is going to be processed. I do not recommend this company. Not happy with the way I was treated at all. Too expensive

Yeah they were able to extend themselves a little bit find me exactly what I needed got me out of there in a hurry.

Bad customer service, even the manager doesn’t know how to look for parts, unwilling to provide any additional support or solution. They think they are the only supply house in the area.

We purchased a vacuum-pump, a piece of equipment that costs close to $500, and were never told about their "return policy". We got home to try it, turned it on and it smelled like something was burning. Packed it up, took it back, and are told we need to deal with the manufacturer directly. We asked if they typically mention their "return policy" to clients when things are being purchased, and they said NO. They think we used it, but how is anyone supposed to know an item works, without trying it? Will make the efforts to look elsewhere.
Update 080322: Phillip at BDC reached out to us to help expedite a warranty claim, and to further explain their policy. It would have been great to see a sign close to the check-out area, but glad to know for next time. We appreciate them reaching out to help and doing what they could to assist. -
really bad service manager star to screaming at my when I was walking thru warehouse no sings telling people other wise any ways the manager that can't provide forklift license after scratch my truck also scratch equipment that I refuse to pick up no wonder most tech and companies avoid come to this place and prefer to go to Sigler Slaky or Ferguson with more friendly and protectional workers

I’ve been a regular customer, but this experience was really disappointing. I ordered a 14” evaporator coil, and they mistakenly gave me 17’’, and what I was asking for, just replace it to 14”. No one told me about their RETURN POLICY when I bought it.
When I spoke with the manager, Phil, he said he couldn’t help because he might LOSE his job. I understood, but I called other branches just to double-check—and they told me there’s NO such strict policy.
Now I’m heading back to return the coil, but after this, I won’t be using them again. The LACK OF customer service and clear communication was frustrating. -
