theodore did a fantastic job with our chimney sweep service. he made sure everything stayed clean and tidy, and took the time to explain the process and discuss different options for improving our fireplace. i appreciated how he focused on keeping my home safe and comfortable. later on, theodore and javier came out to install a new chimney liner and wood stove. they worked efficiently and, just like before, left the place spotless and organized. both of them had positive attitudes throughout the long day of work. the office team was also great—always easy to reach and helpful every step of the way. i highly recommend this company to anyone needing chimney cleaning or repairs!
