Awful! I called for an emergency! My air system was leking water and they never responded! I called the next day and said again it was urgent, the lady only repeated "we will contact you between m-f 9-5" I never heard back. This is our new home and it's just Incredible how businesses like this one do not want to get new clients!

I'm shocked. Have used them for years. They did a basic check out of my AC indicated all was well. Within a few hour I noticed the output was getting warmer and warmer. I left several messages asking for service, always polite. Finally talked to the dispatcher, still polite but also insistent, since it's not her fault and she hung up on me. Have to admit, that's a first. I and anyone I know are done with them.

-
Friendly, professional, knowledgeable. I'm a repeat customer and haven't been let down yet. I highly recommend them.
-
Timely and effective. I didn't get to meet my technician but I understand that he was pretty nice.
-
Always very helpful and trustworthy. Definitely recommend for any HVAC work needed.

Service tech came to the house quickly to diagnose the problem. A week later the office said they are waiting for information from the tech... a week later the office is asking me what size of system I have. They still don't know.
-
Great company and awesome work. They replaced my HVAC system and were great at informing me about every step of the process. Very honest and easy to work with.
-
Installing the new internet connected Carrier control panel.

Very professional, helpful. Their technician is really good. He solved my rental unit issues promptly. Definitely, if you need repairs, call them. They don't replace it with a new unit for more profit. They repair well if they can first.

ACS is the real deal! Professional from the initial call forward. Responsive, quick, pricing, professional workers, etc. No reason to go anywhere else. I shopped around 5 different HVAC contractors from the very big names to one man shops. ACS is my go to shop for all HVAC needs.

ACS showed up 3 days sooner than expected. Caesar was my tech and he diagnosed my issue quickly and took the time to show me. I could not have been happier! I highly recommend!

I am very disappointed with this company's service. We had a old air conditioning system that used to work but not as good. We had ACS replacing our unit in our home yesterday.
First, they came much later than what they said they will come which we didn't make a big deal of it.
But then when they finished working on the installation they immediately left without to give us some instructions on the new unit.
We tried using it few minutes after they left ( that was at 3.30pm) the air conditioning didn't work and we couldn't use the air conditioning. We called the company maybe 20 times, any number we could get from online, or even to the cell number of the owner. No one picked up the phone and kept ignoring our calls. I sent several text messages to the owner but he didn't response.
Today is Saturday and we are family with 3 little kids and we are facing an extremely high temperature outside (over 92F today and Sunday is going to be close to 100F).
We don't have any air conditioning at the house and even when I mentioned it to the owner via text he finally sent me text back that I should call the service number and someone will call me on Monday.... seriously... it was better if he kept ignoring my calls and text than sending that answer.
I am very disappointed and mad and I am going to sue this company.
I don't understand how a service base company doesn't have any emergency call number.
Now I need to find a place in a hotel or somewhere to be when the high temperature rise and this company owner doesn't even care.
No only that I don't recommend this company, I highly recommend to stay away from thiscompany. -
Highly recommend. Making appt for a service call and maintenance, Jennifer was very helpful and polite. I had Cesar come fix a quick repair and a few weeks later for a maintenance on my ACs. He was very professional, nice and answered all my questions (which was a lot). I’m going to make an appointment with ACS for my furnace maintenance in a few months. Thank you.

ACS installed a wonderful split heat/air system on our two story ADU. Ronnie and crew completed job in two days, plus allowed me to paint the hat channel so I didn't have to be on a 30' ladder for two days trying to paint it afterwards. They removed our twenty year old air conditioner, custom made sheet metal covering for exterior of building and installed drywall on the interior. We ended with a two cassette system that finally eliminated the cold winters and hot summers. Highly recommend this company.

I highly recommend. We purchased a new Carrier Infinity system from ACS in June (AC + Furnace) and could not be happier. We found ACS to be professional, honest and skilled. Ours was a difficult install, but ACS stood behind their work and came through on all issues. And the Carrier Infinity system is amazing. The house has never been more comfortable nor our energy use so efficient.

I called ACS to replace my old furnace. Ronnie called me and set up an appointment. He was extremely honest and professional. I accepted his estimate. George and Jose the installers, were very knowledgeable and did a great job. I highly recommend this company. I give them a 10 plus.

Purchased a Carrier furnace from ACS in 2012. On Tuesday, my system would not turn on. Called ACS Tuesday evening and spoke with Joe, who was very knowledgeable and helpful. After several minutes, Joe was able to narrow down my issue to a likely faulty condensation pump. He scheduled a technician for the next day, Wednesday at a price of $85.00 for the appointment. On Wednesday, Caesar came to the house within the scheduled window. After a short period of time, Caesar confirmed what Joe had suspected, that the condensation pump was shot and needed to be replaced. Unfortunately, Caesar did not have a pump with him, but was able to quote me a price of $311.00 for the pump and installation. At that time I asked if ACS would install the new pump if I was able to supply it. He spoke to the office, which confirmed that they would install my pump at a labor cost of $105.00. I was able to find the exact pump at my local ACE Hardware for $65.00 (so yes, ACS was charging me $206.00, $141.00 more than I paid for it). Now I understand markup, as ACS needs to make money, but a 217% markup is highway robbery. Regardless, Caesar told me to call ACS as soon as I was able to purchase the pump, and the office would schedule Jose to come by and install the pump between 1-4:00pm that same day. So, given the high temperature and the fact that my wife has MS and the heat wreaks havoc on her body, I dropped everything to go purchase the pump, which I did before 11:00am. I then called ACS, as instructed, which confirmed that Jose would install the pump and my AC would be up and running by 4:00pm. At 2:27pm, I received a call from ACS informing me that Jose would not be able to make it that day, but would be there first thing Thursday morning. When I asked if there were any other options for Wednesday evening, given my wife's medical condition, the ACS attendant's response was "I understand" (she could not possibly understand unless she is dealing with this horrible, debilitating disease), and that nothing could be done. Okay, so we scheduled Jose for the next morning. At approximately 8:15am, Jose showed up to install the pump, which he did, within an hour. He was pleasant, knowledgeable and tidy, and most importantly, the AC unit was working beautifully. And then came the bill...$230.00. Not the $105.00 I was quoted the day before by the ACS office. So, I spoke with the ACS office to inquire as to whether a mistake was made, and of course I was told "no, no mistake" and that the additional cost was due to a new PC pipe to replace the one that ACS installed in 2012. Now I understand that perhaps a new PC pipe was necessary, and I appreciate the ACS technician wanting to ensure that the system be in the best possible operating condition, but an additional $125.00 for a 2.5' PC pipe? So then I asked if the $85.00, that I paid for the attendant to come out and essentially confirm what Joe had told me the night before, would be applied to the new $230.00 bill. I was again told "no". So, all in, I paid ACS $380.00 for the installation of a $65.00 condensation pump. All of this on top of the fact that I am (was) a loyal ACS customer, having paid ACS several thousand dollars for my Carrier furnace. So let's review, clear price gauging, complete disregard for my wife's medical condition, and clear lack of appreciation for my loyalty and business. All of this said (apologies for the long story), I will no longer be giving my business and my hard earned money to ACS Air Conditioning Systems. What stings the most is that I have referred several customers to this company.

ACS is an excellent company with highly professional staff. We had a difficult to resolve issue with our air conditioning system, and they did right by us in every respect. They're a company that stands behind their work. We 100% recommend for all A/C needs, both installation and repairs.
