Very knowledgeable and helpful people work for this place. It's not like the big box stores where they always refer you to the wrong aisle or they have no idea what you're talking about. I would highly recommend going to Standard Plumbing in Concord for your plumbing needs.

This is by far one of the most beautiful showrooms I have ever seen. Beautifully neat and organized and clean absolutely gorgeous I want to work here.. I will begin studying every brand new cell and learn what every last item that you sell their does if you will give me a job on that beautiful showroom floor

An astounding show room complete with both very high end and high quality but not as expensive items. Great choices. Arne was great at helping us and solving some problems. Good value also. Definitely going back here.

No customer service whatsoever. Was in the showroom for about half an hour. No one who was there even spoke to us. We walked out with our money and went to Fergusons, where someone actually helped us

Im writing this at 5pm exactly. Which is suppose to be the time they close. I go in there with 3 min left before 5 and the guy says the register is already closed. And trys to b.s. me with "id have to reopen the register." He even showed me what I needed and says we open at whatever time the next day. No worries I won't ever be back. I told him my buddies restaurant has a major leak and he could careless about his customers.

They do not answer their phone EVER. I have never once spoke to them on the phone only hearing the hold music. Called early at 8am in the morning. They say lines are busy. Multiple phone numbers waiting for hours.

If I could give zero stars, I would.

Unfortunately, I used my home warranty company and this is the plumber they sent The plumber tells me I have a slab leak and my toilet is not to code. He said it's going to be a very expensive repair.

The home warranty was going to cover the repair however they were going to be additional charges I had to cover. I needed to pay to cut through tile and cement. I was asked to pay $600 when the work was done an hour later. I asked for a copy of the invoice which they could not produce until the following day. A couple lesson lessons I have learned, get a second opinion and don't pay for anything without an invoice of line item charges.

When they left, I noticed that there were no caps on the bolts to my toilet, and I also noticed there was damaged to the cabinet adjacent to the toilet. I contacted the company and they said they would send a manager out the following day. The following day they sent the same plumber with a young man who did not introduce himself as a manager, or give me his name. They both said that my cabinet was paint overspray, no damage. He said he didn't use any paint so it definitely wasn't from him and he also did not do any type of drilling or anything that could cause damage to a cabinet. I had heard a loud noise so I knew there was some type of drilling and when I received my invoice, it clearly says tile and cement access which could not be done by hand I wouldn't think.

$1085 paid between me and the home warranty and now I have a damaged cabinet that nobody will cover. Do not use this business, they are not truthful and will take advantage of their customers. The home warranty is also not something I would recommend. I could've had a reputable plumber do this repair for less than half of what I have paid. I'm pissed and now I have a damaged cabinet.

I've tried calling them about 12 times over the past week and not once have they picked up. they serviced my home but there's an issue that needs follow up and they're nowhere to be found.

This company is great. I had a great experience with them from the moment I called until the moment they arrived to fix the issue. It was easy to get an appointment, they give a window of arrival and they respect it. They follow the smallest detail of instructions which made me feel heard and respected of my time. Upon arrival Martin, was very professional and explained what he was going to do. He came prepared and got the job done timely without any issues. He even took the time to calmly spend time with my dog so she would stop barking at him. I would definitely be using AJ Bono Plumbing again.

We are very disappointed with the quality of work and lack of professionalism from AJBoNo Plumbing. Not only was their work substandard, but their overall conduct was also unprofessional. Based on our experience, we do not recommend AJBoNo Plumbing and strongly advise others to be cautious before hiring them.

Had a complete water pipe replacement and it was actually two water systems. One system was for the outside irrigation system and the other was for internal house use with a Halo 5 whole house filter. It was ALOT of work, took one week and the Master Plumber “Rafael” did great work designing and installing all the pipes! (Efficient water design, solder joints were very clean, and NO Leaks) and his hardworking assistant “Mervin” ( who spent hours under the house with no complaints)
Karla the office mgr was a pleasure to work with too, with scheduling, documentation for city inspectors, and invoicing.

Highly recommend, AJ Bono for your plumbing needs!

Jonathan was totally helpful and kind even when my patience was at an end and I didn’t behave well. One of the few places that helped me with a warranty. Reasonably priced and good response times. I will definitely use them again!

Friendly, professional and explained everything that was going on. He took clear before and after photos. The pipe broke underneath the house in the crawl space.

I had been dealing with a terrible kitchen situation no sink water and dishwasher issues for weeks. I was washing dishes outside or even taking them to my mom’s house. It was frustrating and exhausting. Then Diego came to the rescue! He immediately knew what to look for and fixed the issue within minutes. First american homewarranty assigned them for tankless water heater with 2 issues
1. Water heater running continuously, with no water being used inside the house
2. Wifi module not working

Guy comes in says we have complains about it failing but not continually running. Wifi module is dead. We will check with manufacturer.

Submits report that the heater requires maintenance. Claim denied.
How does maintainance help with a dead wifi module?
