Rafael showed up at the time given by the dispatcher. He’s an upstanding professional who was pleasant & means business. I wasn’t even at home & I left my daughter to allow him entry. I gave my daughter specific instructions on what to tell him & right off the bat he knew what the problem was. He had all the parts in his truck, including a replacement sink disposal. It took him less than 15 minutes to perform the job, tested it in front of my daughter & let my daughter test it herself just for reassurance. This is a trustworthy company, which I am glad to give a 5 star rating. I monitored the entire service call on my Ring camera while I was in my office. Rafael was satisfyingly thorough & acted in a most professional & respectful manner. High praises for AJ Bond Plumbing!

This company was assigned to me from my home warranty. Had a pipe become disconnected under my sink in April. On April 17 they came out and "fixed" it. On July 13 the exact same issue occurred. Since its past 30 days the "repair" is no longer covered and I have to pay someone to come out and actually do the repair.
Update on 7/17/25- Had another plumbing company come out and it turns out the P trap was flexible and illegal to use in a kitchen in California. So not only did they do a bad, they should have replaced it all together!!!! So I am out extra money because the person they sent couldn't be bothered to do the job correctly. I reached out to the Home Warranty company to let them know of this unacceptable work.

My home warranty company, First American, dispatched AJ Bono Plumbing to my home. The technician was unable to resolve a stoppage and stated he would file a report for the next steps. After hearing nothing, I began calling both AJ Bono and First American myself.

This is where the service completely broke down. AJ Bono's staff insisted they had submitted the report, but every time I spoke to First American, they stated they had not received it. For a week, I was stuck in a loop of contradictory information, with neither company taking responsibility for resolving their communication failure. My plumbing issue was completely ignored.

Frustrated, I hired an independent plumber who solved the problem in minutes using the same methods. This experience showed two critical failures: first, a technician who lacked the skill for the job, and second, an administrative process so unprofessional that they couldn't even manage their own paperwork, leaving the customer to do all the work.

Worst communication experience ever. They barely pick up a call at their main number (I believe phone call is still primary tool for a plumbing company to maintain their business?), also you can't expect timely response from assigned technicians.

Miguel arrived timely and was thorough. He explained all in layman’s terms to us. Miguel was personable while being very professional. It is never fun to have a plumbing issue, however Miguel made it bearable.

I will start with the positives, the job is now complete and working as I expected so that is a good thing. the downside is it just took longer than expected to get a person out to determine cause, wait a couple days for part and a few more days before they could install it. Lastly, I never got calls from them, I had to initiate contact to schedule appointment and again to schedule repair. From my initial contact to repair was two weeks.

At this point after having several different issues with my old house, including a broken water heater, plumbing issues, and leaky toilet, AJ Bono is the ONLY company I trust to do any repairs or updates.
They have consistently demonstrated going above and beyond with excellent customer service, high-quality work, trustworthy technicians and plumbers, and great advice.
I initially found them through my Home Warranty company. They have also been very good at making sure that I got the most out of my claim and holding the Home Warranty company accountable during the claim process.

Diego rocks, in fact the whole company rocks. they show up when they say and they fix the problem or do their darndest to . Diego is the marchiano on the top he even caulked the cover plate to the shower valve before departure and shined the cover plate to shimmering silver like brand new.(wd 40 great for shine and hard water).

Diego is a hero! He was able to come in, find the leak and fix it all within a two hour span of time. He was efficient and kind to me—he even answered all my questions/concerns! I highly recommend his services.

Miquel was able to come earlier. He arrived, assessed the problems and went to work. Everything was successfully fixed! We’re back in business!!

Tech was Dispatched to my residence for a plumbing issue 2 days before Thanksgiving to service the problem. The tech did not take any picture for the insurance company and turned in a incomplete work order and its been 2 and half weeks since anyone from this company has contacted me or the insurance company about this. Very unprofessional on both parties.

Vidal was very professional and arrived at our house early. He fixed the leak in our bathroom sink very quickly and made sure it was fixed properly. He also cleaned up his mess afterwards. We need more technicians like him!

Ramon was terrific. Arrived right on time and fixed my leak which took some ingenuity. I’m completely satisfied!

AJ Bono Plumbing are fantastic. Their tech, Diego, did a great job with our new install and service. He was very informative and knowledgable in this field. His was fast and precise, with a great attitude. His approach was very professional, overall great experience working with him.

The office/phone admins were superb as well, they were very helpful and communicated well about options and scheduling throughout the process. They were on top of communication and details without me having to reach out. I would highly recommend their services and expertise!

This was the best experience I have had with a plumber! He was friendly, professional, and explained everything clearly. He was so proficient and knowledgeable that he was in and out within 15 minutes — with the issue completely resolved!

He arrived on time, was friendly and personable, quickly diagnosed the issue with my garbage disposal, and simply replaced it with a unit from his truck. I give Rafael and A J Bono a 100% Service Rating. I don't actually know about pricing as I went through my Home Warrenty Company.

Most recently, we came back from vacation and had our main sewage line to our home backed up, and contacted our home warranty company for repairs. They put us into contact with A J Bono Plumbing to come out, do an inspection and make necessary repairs. Unfortunately, this was an involved sewage problem, as we have an old Ash Tree that rooted all around and through the existing main line. Our contact, and person who oversaw the project was Alex. Alex is very thorough, professional and patient individual. He went through explaining the detail of work and what needed to take place, with also being conscious about overall pricing of the project which would be significant. I can’t tell you how thorough, honest and professional Alex was with leading this project. Truly, he went above and beyond what we have experienced any plumbing service provide. I can honestly say, that if you need plumbing services done, contact A J Bono Plumbing, and if you’re lucky enough, you will have Alex running your project. He is an asset to any company that provides these services. I’m sure that A J Plumbing values his expertise and loyal service!
