I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to warn others about my experience. Evolution Mechanical has been a complete nightmare to deal with. Communication is virtually non-existent — emails go unanswered for days (if at all), and good luck getting someone on the phone who actually knows what’s going on.

On top of that, I was charged far more than what was originally quoted, with zero explanation. When I asked for a detailed invoice or any kind of documentation to justify the added charges, I got vague excuses and no real proof of services rendered.

It honestly feels like they’re making things up as they go. I still have no clear understanding of what I paid for, and they’ve refused to provide anything that resembles real evidence of the work they claim to have done. Totally unprofessional and extremely disappointing.

I strongly recommend looking elsewhere — this was a waste of money and a frustrating experience from start to finish.

Evolution has service our 514,000 sq ft building in Ontario Ca for the past 8 years. They service 58 of my units. They have the best of the best from Customer Service to knowledgeable technicians to excellent managers. Thank you Evolution for being a great business partner.

I would NOT recommend Evolution Mechanical to anyone. The level of professionalism was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from the start — calls and messages were ignored or delayed. When the work was finally done, it was rushed and not up to standard. I ended up having to pay another company to come in and fix what they left behind. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. Definitely not worth the stress or money

Very professional from their admin team to the techs. Cristal followed up with me a lot on questions and requests. They offered different solutions which was great, The techs work efficiently and clean up after the work. Max is one of their techs, provided lots of info during the repair. Overall this is a great company to work with.
