Fire and Ice are great. Had an appointment between 3-5pm. They reached and asked if they could show up earlier which in unheard of in this line of work. Josue was great showed me everything he was doing and explained every step of the process. Couldn’t ask for a better company.

I’ve been using Fire-N-Ice HVAC since I used them to replace my two AC condensers in July of 2022. They have been very supportive in addressing a couple equipment issues and general maintenance needs that I’ve had.

Yvonne and all of the crew that have come to my home have been very helpful and responsive to any request I have had. I strongly recommend this company for any HVAC needs anyone may have.

Have used this company for a lot of years and the service never fails to impress!! Service guys were polite and very professional. Even started to put booties on their shoes before I told them not to worry about it. We're in and out in less than 10 minutes! Great Job Fire and Ice!!

Fire n Ice was the installer for my HVAC system in my home, before I bought the home. Soon after moving in the unit was on Heat mode, but only cold air was blowing. I called and they serviced it, adjusting a limit switch. Its happed 3 times since in the last 3 years and each time they come out and get the unit back running. I don't feel like its the company at fault for my unit having this problem, but a sensitivity with the actual unit.

Fire n Ice are always quick to respond, are very polite on the phone and the techs they send out are always very kind and present themselves very well. I feel they are reliable and a company that backs up their work, a quality I admire.

Jason and his Team at Fire N Ice have been my go-to HVAC company for over 5 years. They are prompt, fair on price, and do a great job. I highly recommend them.

My elderly parents needed a service and “Fire N Ice” had really good reviews so we had them out a couple weeks ago. They were very nice and my parents were happy with the service so my husband and I gave them a call to service our units. Corey came today and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He cleaned and serviced our units. We will definitely use Fire N Ice again and will recommend them to others!

They did a great job replacing my entire system with the latest most efficient technology at a very reasonable price. It all works as advertised, and passed city inspection with flying colors!

Team arrived on time, were very friendly and professional. Fixed my issue on one of my AC units in about half an hour. Price was really reasonable as well, will definitely call them again for any future issues!

The technicians arrived on time and were pleasant and professional. They got right to work doing our tuneup and found one issue that needed to be addressed and were able to handle it at the same time they were doing the tuneup. They installed new filters and adjusted our thermostat as well. We’ve been using Fire and Ice for a couple of years to keep our air conditioning and heating system working optimally and highly recommend them.

Jason came out to do same day service and saved the day! I was expecting to have to wait a few days. He was super communicative and so nice and professional. He fixed the issue I had and made a great suggestion on another issue that other hvac guys hadn’t been able to fix. I am very grateful to him and highly recommend him!

GOUGING PREDATORS!
They replaced a capacitor on my
A/C less than 2 years ago. I noticed it was making grinding sounds, so I emailed a photo of it and requested a service call to replace it.
They showed up on time. Were here maybe 20 minutes. The Invoice charged me $75.00 for the Service Call and adjusted the part from $345.00 to $270.00 (see photo)
They left without replacing the power connection. (see photo)
I later found the EXACT part for $28.00! (see photo)
That is a ten to twelve times increase for the part. I am aware you always pay more for the part, but not THAT MUCHMORE!!!!!
I am a Senior Citizen with a disability. I feel this was abusive and excessive.
They did not respond to my email and the Owner did not respond to my text regarding leaving the power disconnected. Obviously the A/C would not work without power.
I had to find someone else to put it back in. I was not sure how, nor should I need to know. That was THEIR job!
So my experience is that these people are opportunists preying on older customers.

All around great service. Prompt arrival with prior notification. Excellent service at reasonable prices. Friendly, informative and honest.

Jason came out and did an amazing job fixing our A/C on the spot and saved us on a Sunday having to endure the 103+ degree heat! Very quick, friendly and efficient service! We'll be recommending and using your service again!

The owner Jason came out the same day we called. Figured out the issue & had it resolved in less than an hour. Excellent service from scheduling to completion of the heater repair.

Dalton was very friendly, professional, and considerate of my property. He completed our ac tuneup service quickly and provided a detailed inspection report.
