My heater hasn’t worked in a while and the last contractor who looked at it told me it was old and unrepairable. I decided to get a second opinion and came across Atara Mechanical and decided to go with them. The tech showed up on time, was clean, respectful and fast. He troubleshot the system and said he could fix it. An hour later my unit was up and running! I’m completely satisfied and would definitely recommend the. To friends and family! They’re punctual, clean, respectful, honest, friendly, communicative and fair priced. My family and I will be sleeping warm tonight! Thank you Atara Mechanical!!

I have used Atara several times now, and Omar runs a great business. He is punctual, professional, and friendly. He recently did a follow-up visit for a lingering issue, and he fixed the problem with no charge.

Very happy with Atara service. Professional, quality and honest work. Scheduling appointment is easy. They send notification when technician is coming. They wear shoe covers in the house and and vacuum work area when done, which I really appreciate. I highly recommend them.

Omar and his employees Ray and Eric were punctual, professional, friendly, and efficient. The entire team did a great and thorough job with installing a new heat pump system for our home. They also ensured that the interior of the home was covered and vacuumed up any insulation that fell from the attic. We also appreciate that they took care to not drag anything over our lawn even with lots of heavy equipment. Omar went above and beyond to ensure that our electrical system was set up to handle the upgrade and was very honest about all costs involved. Atara was much cheaper than what other companies quoted us for a new system. We're very thankful that we found them and we plan on using them for any future air conditioning needs.

We are very happy with our service with Omar and Atara Mechanical.
They just finished installing our new heating & a/c unit as well as fixing our rooftop swamp cooler. We were lucky enough that Omar was able to come out the same day I called. Omar & his assistant were friendly, polite, & punctual. It's nice we someone shows up when they say they will. They were thorough with their work, cleaning up after, & assisting me with learning my new thermostat as well as registering my new unit to activate the warranty before they left.

I first met them while shopping for a HVAC replacement, and they not only came in with a highly competitive price, but the customer service has been consistently fantastic. They are very responsive and patient with questions (especially when getting used to a new system) and always went above and beyond to ensure things worked and that we were satisfied. Their maintenance plan works well, and they're timely and good. I trust their recommendations, as they provide explanations and education, not feeling like false upsells.

Omar is the best! He did it again, this time he and his crew installed two full HVAC installations in a single day -- two new central AC and Heater units in a single work shift. I am leaving this review based on my personal experiences with this company’s drivers. I have repeatedly encountered their vehicles stopping in the middle of the road, driving down the center of two-lane roads without allowing space for oncoming traffic, and parking in ways that block or severely limit roadway access.

On more than one occasion at night, a driver shined a bright light directly into my vehicle while driving toward me, which was both blinding and dangerous. These actions show a clear lack of consideration for other drivers and create unnecessary safety risks.

I understand that work vehicles may need to stop or operate in the roadway at times, but the behavior I have witnessed goes beyond that and reflects poor judgment and a lack of regard for public safety. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses driver conduct before someone is injured.
