Had a great experience with Atara. From my initial Yelp outreach, they were the quickest to respond, the most communicative to my questions and had the best pricing on an initial diagnostic. They were able to make a very fast next day appointment with minimal issue. Omar was the technician assigned and he was GREAT, troubleshooted a unique problem with diligence and figured out the possible issues. Needed a part so very quickly found it at a local shop and got it and came back to finish, despite it being late in the day. Quickly finished the repair despite being in the middle of a hectic household with screaming kids and a barking dog. Ended up completing the repair on the low end of expected cost ranges, keeping the repair very well priced. Would highly recommend Atara and Omar in particular.

Atata's A/C service is excellent!! Omar and Eric have serviced four of my rental properties this summer. What impressed me most is that each time they came, they inspected the unit and fixed the problems on site with no (or very little) part to be replaced, saving me thousands of dollars. Unlike many other A/C guys who come and just in a minute, tell you that your whole unit needs to be replaced (from which they exploit your wallet). Omar and Eric always repair and fix the problems!!
Atara's Mechanical will be my one and only company to maintain and repair all my A/C units in the future!

We used them on one of our listings that we had to get an AC unit checked out in order to close escrow so time was of the essence. They were very prompt with scheduling someone to get out to the house as quickly as possible. They even had an opening earlier so they were able to get us in earlier than they had originally told us. They sent us text updates on our appointments and when someone was dispatched out to the job. The technician Erik called us while he was on the job explaining the whole process. They even sent a text message when they left. We are definitely going to use them again in the future.

Second time I’ve used Atara to maintain our HVAC system and they did a great job both times. Omar was very thorough in checking and cleaning out our cooling compressor. Will definitely be doing business again with them in the future.

Had several companies come out to diagnose our AC units by far as this company was the most honest and gave us different cost options compared to the other quotes we got which gave us no option except total replacement. Never felt pressured to never felt like this was a sales tactic or scare tactic used by the previous company we called. I recommend this company 100% Eric was extremely professional and appreciated the different cost options we had. We were told this unit can be repaired and we did not have to replace the entire unit like we were quoted by previous companies.

Great company that has alot of knowledge mechanically

My AC unit was struggling to reach the thermostat setting on 90-degree days, even though it was running all day. Noah performed an HVAC duct cleaning and found that the system was struggling because of restricted airflow. He cleaned the ducts and the main air handler, and the change was almost instant; the house cooled down by 5 degrees in an hour. He also performed an air duct cleaning service to remove the allergens from the vents. I’m very happy with the efficiency and the professional service he provided. He was a great technician.

Fire-N-Ice has always responded quickly to our calls for service. The technicians performed our semi-annual preventative maintenance service today, checked our forced air unit and our mini split system. Both technicians were polite, courteous and knowledgeable. This company is great! Our heater has had issues which always sucks but working with fire n ice has been a great experience! They are fair in pricing, work hard to make sure they are getting you a deal and don’t up charge for everything. They work hard to make sure your parts are covered by warranty and do all the leg work for that. Very quick to respond, get you on the schedule and very quick while they are here. They are very clean too, always wear the little plastic booties and are respectful of your home. We’ve had the tech Corey out each time and he has been so amazing! Overall great experience! Highly recommend using Fire n Ice!
