I used them to install our HVAC unit inn 2021. Everything was done properly, just recently had a problem with our heater, called them for service, they came right away and took care of it with N/C. Definitely will recommend them. Thank u.

Fire N Ice discovered a leak in my condenser during a routine maintenance appointment. The unit was replaced with a new unit under the mfg warranty. Yvonne was very communicative and responsive throughout the entire process. All the techs who came to the house were great! Top notch....
