I called for help when my parents' AC went out. My folks are older and I was concerned. They put us on an emergency call list and got to us 48 hours before anyone else could. I was pleased with the technicians and the office staff for their responsiveness to our needs. They asked a lot of questions to narrow down the problem and were quick to fix the issue. They took care to keep our floors clean and were respectful in our home. We received excellent and timely service and are very pleased.

Where everyone else just said get an ac replacement, they explained all possible solutions at various budget levels from replacement to an ac repair. We couldn't be any happier. I am so glad we called Apollo AC. Our A/C went out in the middle of the night and we looked at Google reviews and they had 5 stars on every single review. My husband called even before 8 am and they picked up and were over at our house by 10.30 am. By 2 pm, we had a new motor and all other necessary parts replaced. Very reasonable price. The tech explained everything he did to me, and showed me what was wrong with it. He even took the time to explain it again when my husband got back home. Very friendly and professional. I wish we would have found them sooner. I definitely recommend to family and friends.

I went to Apollo AC and the technician came initially for an AC repair to fix a repetitive problem in our AC and then he comes periodically for maintenance and our AC system is working great with no problem at all. Anthony with Pristine came out and redid our attic duct system. It was old and falling apart. The work was done, was well organized and well explained.

Jose our tech was very professional. Now I hope the action we took helps fix my AC issue; time will tell. Fingers crossed.

Update - A/C is now working as expected. Thanks for helping me resolve this issue. Two other companies weren't thorough enough to diagnose this problem.

Our air conditioner was not cooling. On a Tuesday we reached out to Pristine Air based on the excellent reviews we had seen. They came out the same day and went over several different options with various pricing. We never felt pressured for one option over another. We chose to get a new air conditioning unit. They added a Nest thermostat for free. We scheduled for the following Saturday for installation but they reached out on Friday and said they could come that day. Through everything Anthony at Pristine Air was great and extremely professional. Valentine was also there on Friday and was very efficient. Our air conditioner works great now. Anthony explained we get free maintenance for 3 years And a 10 year warranty. Based on discussions with friends and family about how much they had to pay other companies it appears we got a great deal as well.

I want to give a huge shout out to Anthony at Pristine plumbing he is such a breath of fresh air from anyone I’ve ever worked with before. He is very knowledgeable and on point with everything. I can’t wait to have him back. I would only use pristine from this experience alone I am so impressed. He even labeled things that weren’t labeled before. He is like no one else. He gives above and beyond and for that he really deserves recognition.

Water heater broke down. These guys came the next day and put in a brand new one right away. Very reasonable labor. Will definitely be calling them for other jobs.
