I had such a great experience with this company. From start to finish they were extremely professional and responsive. We had an issue where the upstairs vents weren’t cooling as well as the downstairs, and their team quickly identified the problem and fixed it efficiently. They worked neatly, cleaned up after themselves, and the price was very fair for the quality of work provided. Everything now works perfectly, and the difference in comfort is night and day. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and skilled AC service!

We hired Pristine Heating and Air Conditioning for a complete overhaul of our home’s system (2 new ACs, 2 new heaters, and all new ductwork). The quality of the installation is fantastic, but the service stood out even more. Anthony and the team was extremely accommodating to our needs and schedule, making what could have been a stressful renovation very easy. We are very happy customers!

Walter came out to install an under-the-sink reverse osmosis water filter and replace all my kitchen faucets, and I can honestly say the entire experience was flawless from start to finish. He showed up on time, was extremely professional and friendly, and his attention to detail was excellent .

He treated my home with care and respect, worked cleanly and efficiently, and walked me through everything he was doing. The RO system and new faucets were installed perfectly — not a single leak, rattle, or misalignment. He even double-checked everything after he was done to make sure it was absolutely perfect.

Anthony and his team are super professional. They knocked it out of the park with my new hvac system. Anthony quoted me a very reasonable price compared to other companies. Also his expected time of completion was on the dot not a day late. These guys are hard workers and care about their profession. Anthony is really easy going I did not feel pressured at all. I would have given a 5 star rating if it had not taken about twice as long to install the system than I was originally quoted. Very honorable company that did not rush the installation or cut corners to finish on time. I was very pleased with the final product.

Our experience with Pristine was wonderful. We are a small non-profit and they were willing to work with us on the pricing. And they were fast. I made the deposit on Friday and installation was done Monday afternoon. We had several other vendors come out to give us estimates for installation of a new split AC/heating unit. Anthony was hands down the most knowledgeable and was able to find a solution quickly that fit our needs and budget. Highly recommend them!

Pristine gets an A+ in customer service! From our first phone call to schedule an estimate, to the final day of installation their entire team proved to be well-trained, knowledgeable and excellent communicators. Fadi, Anthony and Maria were all quick to keep us updated on each phase of the process. Fadi provided an estimate immediately at the first visit. Scheduled the repairs for days that work for us. They installed all new duct work in our home. The system works efficiently and so much better than our old one. They even coordinated with a licensed asbestos removal expert so we didn’t have to orchestrate that separately. Anthony and his team arrived on time, took great care to protect floors and swept up before leaving. Highly recommend Pristine if you want a seamless professional experience at a very competitive price.

Anthony did an exceptional job during the bid process. He was very clear in his communication and did great work with the install. We got bids from 4 HVAC companies and chose Pristine. We are happy with our decision.

I recently had them come out to my house to install a heater. From the very beginning process they made everything so smooth and easy. Anthony and his crew were amazing. Anthony really cared about me as a customer. He made sure I understood all the parts and how both the heater and air conditioner worked. He took so much time to explain everything. We tested the final product together so that I could demonstrate my understanding. I interviewed 5 companies but chose Pristine because of Anthony. From the first meeting I knew I could trust him and that I was getting a superior product. Anthony kept me informed throughout the entire process and the team left their work áreas clean at the end of the installation.
