Jermaine knew his work, was very patient and was willing to explain the process to me. He made himself available when I had an emergency situation concerning my furnace. I will definitely be using his business for anything else that needs assistance. He worked diligently to restore heat to my home.

Jared explained all of it exceptionally well. I was not mechanically inclined, but it made perfect sense. He gave me some ideas on how to save energy in the future without sacrificing comfort. I'm glad he worked on my heater.

My neighbor told me about Rod's. I connected them on a Friday night. They responded with an email letting me know that I could save service call weekend charges if I sat tight til Monday. They came out on Tuesday as Monday was the 4th of July observed. tyler and his teammate quoted a competitive price and I was pleasantly surprised when they were ready to install Thursday. I thought it was Going to be Friday. Win! The crew: Jerry, Miguel, Ian, and Will. These guys were cordial, appreciative, and made my family feel at home. They were great around everyone ,including the dogs. From start to finish, I'm happy. Check them out. You'll be glad you did

Excellent response - changed schedule to have technician come out same day for our AC repair. Technician was very courteous and on time. He explained things to me in plain English so that I would understand. He didn't attempt to sell me things I didn’t require and quickly repaired the computer while presenting an invoice that was identical to the quote over the telephone. Highly recommend this company.

Very friendly and quick. On one of the hottest days this year, they came out immediately and assessed the problem and made great recommendations. I was not pressured to buy anything. Instead, they told me about preventative maintenance that i could do to avoid the problem in the future.

Although I went with another company for my installation, I still wanted this company to get a good rating. Brad was the sales representative I had. Brad has an approach that is not pressured, is extremely knowledgeable about the product, and is honest and straight forward. I would recommend.

Joseph Malave did an excellent job of servicing my air conditioner. He took the time to explain what was wrong and how he would fix it. After he finished, he spent time reviewing the changes that he had made. Miguel, the owner, called me after I sent an inquiry about an appointment and was so helpful in helping me. I would 100% recommend this company!

Nick was the technician I had and he did a great job! He was quick and efficient, giving me advice on how to fix any issues. He listened and informed me on the toilet type I have. The first place I'll call if they are needed again.

Arturo & Jacob were determined that they would find and fix the problem of the air conditioning in our home. They were clear in what they said so that I understood what happened and the steps needed to be taken to ensure my home is cooled. They explained to me the various financing options available if I selected that option. They were very knowledgeable and articulate. I am extremely satisfied with both the company and its employees and would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

Freddy was amazing!
He was punctual. He was neat and tidy as he worked. When he finished his work, it was all cleaned up. Freddy had a great deal of knowledge about my older air conditioner. He fixed the problem and gave me a couple of other suggestions for future maintenance.
I will definitely call him again and recommend him to anyone who is looking for an HVAC professional!! !

This company was out to my house the same day that i had issues with my air conditioning. Brian or Austin are the techs you need to ask for!!!!! Overall very impressed of the professionalism and patience these guys had!

I’ve had many HVAC companies in my home here in Costa Mesa, but this company tops them all. Austin came out did a thorough professional inspection and had decent pricing for my fixes on my condenser. I will be using them every time!
