Great service! The team was extremely professional, efficient, and most importantly effective. They showed up during the assigned 1 hr window. I was very impressed with their knowledge and ability to diagnose the issues with my AC system. We will definitely be enrolling in their maintenance plan as well.

The guys came out at 8am, amd worked as a solid team till 8pm straight through. Worked side by side with the electrician they contracted. Did a great job, install couldn't have come out better and I honestly can't complain about anything. This is a company you can trust with your home. Very Satisfied especially with Matt our salesperson and one of the installers. Thank you JW Mitchell for your help. You guys are great.

They are detailed in their work, very knowledgeable, good recommendations for items that will need work in the future, but no pressure about doing work on my air conditioner and heater now.
They are respectful of my home, making sure they did not enter my home without booties. They were very friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

So thankful this Family owned business could schedule us during the hot days of summer. Our AC stopped pushing cool air and we called the office the next day. We were referred to the company by an associate. Jynessa, the office manager was very friendly, scheduled and provided details on the tech arrival, etc. The Tech, Austin arrived promptly on time, wore booties in the house and began working on the AC. Our AC is an old model so he was going to schedule to come back the next morning, but he went the extra mile drove to get the part, return and fix. Austin is very knowledgeable about the HVAC system, and replacing it, so with his direction we’ll be meeting with the owner to see about updating the system.

JW Mitchell was such a pleasure to work with. Our gas furnace and AC were acting weird, they came and checked it out the next day, identified multiple problems, one being a crack in the heat exchanger which is a carbon monoxide hazard. They installed a whole new AC system a couple days later. They even put down drop cloths in the house to keep the floors clean. Everyone we talked to was super friendly and professional, I've had a lot of different contractors working on my house the last couple years, these guys are top notch. Thank you!

Was a great experience. They were quick to respond and were to the point. They tried their best to fix it asap and were very understanding with us fielding other quotes. My AC was making a really weird low humming noise and I called out multiple HVAC companies for quotes. Not only was JW Mitchell the most affordable, the customer service was top notch. Brian was my service technician and he was super straight forward and honest about my options. Great service, very responsive and fast in scheduling. I called after 6pm on Friday and Jynessa was able to schedule me the next day at noon to help with our AC problem. And they also charge very reasonable diagnostic fee. And the technician were able to fixing the issue for us the next day. Highly recommend.
