Water pump had a leak. Called on Wednesday and they were there on Friday right on time. Handled business gave some good recommendations how to avoid next time and everything worked out great. Middle of summer we don’t want our AC out so very fortunate they were able to come right away.

Marc was able to come out on short notice when our heater wasn't working on a cold day! He quickly diagnosed the problem and got the heater working in a very short amount of time.

Very unprofessional. After the technician came on-site, they did a walk-through and told me that they will send the estimate later (which is fine). A week later nothing was received. I called and was told the technician did not leave any notes in the system (whatever that means) and they will reach out to them. Another week went by and I still did not receive anything. I called them and told the lady over the phone that I really need to get this project completed and to let me know if they were not interested in doing the job. The lady said that she will get back to me. A few days later I decided to give them a final chance and called to check on the estimate to be told that they are not interested in doing the job.

Marc showed up on time and ready to solve our heating issues during the holidays. Highly recommended for all your HVAC needs.

Gardeners cut my AC Unit from the wall. Absolute Comfort came out and fixed my unit for me and it works better than ever now. Marc is great, he was professional and knowledgeable and explained every step of the repair and the cost.

Absolute Comfort Heating and Cooling

Our heater went out at a terrible time, it was raining and very cold, plus it was just before New Years when it was difficult to find anyone to do anything. Called Absolute Comfort, talked directly to the owner who arranged to come out himself a few hours later. Marc showed up right when he said he would, diagnosed the problem, put a temporary fix on it until he could get parts the next morning. He was back right when he said he would be, fixed it and we were able to enjoy our New Years celebration that night.

Absolutely love these guys. They came out to my house and my problem was very simple, but instead of charging me exorbitant prices, they simply charged me $100.

This is the best AC company hands down. I asked a previous hvac company to come out and do a “thorough” inspection of my ac in my home to make sure it was running at optimum efficiency and they failed to do so compared to what the owner Marc of this company did. Marc has extensive background in hvac (20+ years) and knows literally everything there is to know… i was beyond impressed. It makes other hvac companies look completely amateur. Marc and his assistant Allen were able to diagnose my hvac system, find out what was off and cleaned the blower motor, replaced a faulty part and also gave me very valuable information/tips on how to maximize my ac unit. My ac is now blowing much colder air and my house takes less time to get cold.
If you have hvac issues please reach out to these guys and don't waste your time with anyone else, its not worth the hassle. Thanks again.
