Marc @ Absolute Comfort Heating and Air Conditioning is easy to work with, punctual and true to his word. He turned the hotest room in my home into to a cool/cold (my choice) oasis in the heat of summer and a cozy warm room in the winter. Marc and the unit he installed are a blessing in my life!!

Mark was able to fix a continues problem we were having with our New AC that was purchased and installed by someone else. We have a pretty advanced system with 4 zones that was continually having errors and would fail to work. Mark came in and new exactly what was wrong and reconfigured the installation and within a week our system was up and running. He has had to come back for a couple of minor issues but he was always very responsive and willing to come solve the issue. Highly recommend Absolute Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning.

Marc responded quickly to my call and was onsite the next morning to diagnose the problem. He fortunately had the correct part in his van and was able to have it back up and running in a couple of hours, despite difficult access in the attic and lugging of a heavy part up and down. This company, and most especially the owner, Mark, was amazing. I called first thing in the morning and he was able to work me in that day - which is a big deal when the heat does not work! He was friendly, helpful, kind, efficient, reasonable, thorough, and I SO wish I could hire him for so many other things!

It's refreshing to work with a company in which you feel you can trust them to deliver on their promise. I was referred to Absolute Comfort through Mitsubishi's Dealer program. We decided to use Absolute Comfort to replace our HVAC system. They were responsive, understood our needs, provided a timely install and followed-up to make sure the system was working as intended.

Called after another heating/ac person came and “fixed” but was back to square one and then told me to replace the unit (although the unit was only 3-4 years old). Marc came on time, thoroughly examined, recommended a simple solution that may help but wasn’t something he can do (needed someone to go on the roof). If that doesn’t fix the issue then he said it would get a little more challenging. When we fixed the one issue, the problem was solved. Marc is very knowledgeable and honest. I would highly recommend him.

It took Marc about 3 minutes to determine that our thermostat was dead. He ordered a new one and installed it the next day. Marc is quick, efficient and very pleasant to work with. I have the highest degree of trust in him and his work.

I called because my AC unit was making a strange noise and wouldn’t cool below 65°F. During the inspection, the technician told me the compressor wasn’t working at all and that there was no cooling. I explained that the unit is cooling, but he insisted it was just blowing ambient air - as if I can’t tell the difference between running the fan alone and actual air conditioning, after years of living here.

Marc of Absolute Comfort is all about business and professionalism. From the 1st phone call a human answered the phone and i made a prompt appointment!! Yay! Marc was here in 2 days, on time, clean and respectful. Diagnosed the issue and gave me a detailed overview of my mini-split ductless AC issue. Repaired the unit, provided a reasonable price and sent me the invoice. All done within 2.5 -3 hours. He and his assistant did such a good job that I asked him to do a seasonal maintenance check on my HVAC. Found a potential issue and fixed it. This is just old school business the way things should be done. A very refreshing experience in a sea of scammers and overpriced commercial companies. I had an excellent experience with the technician named Joey from Absolute Heating and Cooling Company. He vonducted a meticulous inspection of my house's heater furnace and honestly reported that no repairs or replacement needed. This company's integrity and efficiency is absolutely commendable.
