I am so happy I chose Pristine A/C and Heating for my Air Conditioner installation. It was reasonably priced, and the installation was quick. Anthony and his team were a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

I called this company because my heater wasn’t working. The technician arrived and charged a 79 dollar diagnostic fee (which I expected), and inspected the system. He told me I needed about 1,000 dollars of repairs to replace a couple of parts. The technician told me that the gas valve and thermocouple needed to be replaced, with an estimated cost of about 1,000 dollars.
Before approving the work, I spoke with my landlord, who suggested checking and relighting the pilot. After relighting the pilot, the furnace has been working normally and no parts have needed replacement so far.
I’m giving this company 1 star because, although the visit and diagnostic fee were professional and within normal range, the repair recommendation felt excessive for an issue that was fixed by simply relighting the pilot. I would advise future customers to ask detailed questions and consider a second opinion before approving expensive repairs.

Pristine HVAC did an awesome job installing my new unit. Scheduling was easy, and the team showed up on time. They walked me through the options, answered all my questions, and made sure I got the right system for my home.

The installation went smoothly, and they cleaned up everything when they were done. The new unit works great, and I’ve already noticed a big difference in comfort and efficiency. Pricing was fair, with no surprises on the final bill.

I wasn’t expecting to have this project completed so quickly and efficiently since most companies only care up until the contract is signed, but not these guys. They maintained such professionalism and got my HVAC system replaced very quickly and the product is great. Highly recommend them.

They changed out my 20 yr old system and put in a new outdoor unit extremely efficiently. Never had any troubles in the process and they even gave me this really cool new thermostat that tracks my systems efficiency and health

Valente R. was amazing. He came to our house first thing in the morning, quickly fixed the problem, but we then found out there was another problem with the HVAC unit. He ordered the part and was back the next day. He was professional and stayed late the second day to make sure everything was working. Very happy with the service.

They took all day, almost 10 hours 9:15 to 7:15.
I think they did a good job but we smelled dust that night and the next day.Wednesday I checked our filter and it was dirty 😏
I thought the price was high but wasn’t sure.
I’m glad it’s done 🤔
Today is Thursday and I still have dust in the air. I had the house cleaned yesterday 😏

I had an excellent experience! The technicians Vallentin and Ethan were great and so patient with my questions. They understood I was on a budget but needed my super old ac to stick it out another year, so they did a thorough tune up and cleaning. They got it done same day and were super professional and friendly!

My AC wasn’t heating, so I called Pristine Heating & Air Conditioning, and I’m so glad I did! Their team came out quickly, inspected everything, and discovered that my condenser was clogged because I hadn’t been keeping up with maintenance. They cleaned it thoroughly, and now my unit is heating perfectly again—it even looks like it’s brand new!
