Jim Hodges is not competent, unqualified, not hones and not responsible. He torn down our hose but did not find the leak, took $2K and left us without hot water and walked off the job.

John and Jim are great guys. John communicated prior to showing up, investigated the issue and fixed it with ease. Price was extremely fair. We will keep these guys in mind for any further repairs needed.

I hired Jim having worked with his brother John for over 30 years. Jim was not only rude and unprofessional, when I sat down with him to ask him why he continued to defy my direct orders. I asked for an invoice. Nothing. He found my elderly mother and demanded her credit card number and insisted I approved - this was a lie - he charged her 6000 dollars. I confronted him calmly, face to face. Jim insisted he developed a special relationship with her and that she was much easier to deal with than me, who hired him. Jim quoted the bible screamed and yelled and then I was forced to threaten a restraining order. All this after he had already secured over 6000 and left me with no results and a few thousand dollars worth of repairs to make. The issue I finally discovered was exactly where I asked Jim to start looking, under the sink. Jim is a bad person. Jim used his brother John’s good will and good name to take advantage of not only my kindness, but manipulated my elderly mother. Be warned. I’ve waited months for Jim to come around and apologize, mail a check. Nothing. Jim seems to have some self control issues. If you engage with him, tread with caution. I’ve attached the invoice Jim finally sent me almost a month later. Who in the world is Ethan? I’ll upload a photo of the credit card charges for 2k, 800, and 6k when I can find them. I don’t think he ever sent the invoice to my mother or Me for his 6k charge. Again, I am the customer - and as I told Jim - stay away from my elderly mother - what a jerk! Taking advantage of the elderly - wow. Just wow.

Jim, Where is the invoice for 2k, 6k and 800?! You used my mother’s credit card for approximately 800 worth of work I hired you to do. I’m accusing you of a felony. When a man hires you, you bill him - you don’t go find his mother and manipulate her for her credit card number. Grow up Jim.

Brothers Plumbing is definitely the most reputable plumbers I’ve had the experience of working with. There customer service was excellent and they were very thorough in the job they performed.

I had a giant mess and I couldn't be sure everything was off due to a temporary handicap. Jim showed up at 1245 and stayed until 345 just to make sure I was safe from any more damage. Two days later returned with all the proper equipment to ensure a long term solution was provided. Thank you again Jim! I appreciate you!

Woke up this morning with water falling through my ceiling from my attic. Made 3 calls to other plumbers, and was told it would be 2 to 3 days before anyone can be there. Still searching I called Brothers and left my info (6am). About 10 minutes later my phone rings, it’s Jim from Brothers. He tells me he can have someone there by noon. 11:30 John shows up, finds the leak, fixes it and gone in just over an hour! Very fare price too! I definitely recommend them 💯! They will be my first call next time!!
