Great place and nice guys. Tried to fix my sink on my own and got in a little over my head. I live nearby so walked over to brothers and asked for help. They put together the piece i needed in a couple minutes and then wouldn't accept any money from me. Really appreciated it. Will go to them for any future needs.

Brother’s plumbing has provided excellent and professional service. They have have done extremely reliable work ensuring the results are always better than we could have asked for. They have handled extremely difficult installs and the results are fantastic.

I had an old, leaking tub and shower faucet I originally wanted repaired to avoid the cost and mess of a replacement. Jim went above and beyond to find the discontinued parts but before they could ship, the faucet started to run continuously - there was no way I could wait. Thankfully, he was able to come out the next day to do a replacement.

From beginning to end, I was impressed by the care and concern Jim took in keeping everything clean, from transporting his tools and equipment to clean-up. He did a great job working with the existing plumbing - the new handle and spout look fantastic! Brother's Plumbing exceeded my expectations; Jim was nothing less than professional and punctual, he communicated well and was very fair with pricing.

Brothers Plumbing were incredibly responsive, professional, fast and effective. They provided clarity throughout the process and made a bad situation easy to navigate. I would highly recommend their services.

Brothers Plumbing did a great job installing our hot water heater. This is the second heater installed, by Brothers, the first one lasted 17 years and still worked great, but thought it is time for replacement.

My wife called for an ASAP appointment and John arrived within 30 minutes. The clogged shower drain was cleared in a very short time. He was polite, professional, explained the problem to my wife and cleaned the shower before leaving. Would highly recommend Brothers Plumbing and important that they are a local business.

Brothers hit the mark straight on! I called first and got an honest education about toilet replacement including best types, brands, and the logistics of installation. I ended up installing 3 new toilets. Jim- the owner, came with a crew who performed removal and installation with lightening speed. One can not afford to take short cuts when it comes to toilets and especially their installation. I would give 10 stars if it was an option. They’ve also done other work here and they were always professional and ethical. I recommend without any reservations!

Brothers Plumbing Heating & Air are a family owned and operated, company. Jim is very professional, responsive and does excellent quality work. He is honest and knowledgeable, He does what is needed, and will tell you , no you don't need something else.
I called them on a Monday, he found the right water heater and installed it the next day, amazing in this day and age.

After calling various other plumbers to deal with a simple issue of a bathroom drain, I thankfully came across Brothers Plumbing Heating & Air who took care of it quickly, professionally and at a fair price.

First of all, the process of calling plumbers and talking to them was where the other plumbers were confusing me and falling short of what I would expect. Other places, you could tell, were answered by answering services (or people who couldn't tell you much) and could only take down your information, and then a technician would get back to, who knows when, and then they'd maybe come in a day or two, within a 5 hour range. (Before calling Brothers, I had another company cancel on me twice in two days and never heard from the actual plumber)

Frustrated, I opened Google again and did another search. It was a Sunday night. I searched for "24-hour local plumbers." I found Brothers (I liked that they'd been in business 40 years) and called them and left a message. A guy named Jim called me back within 15 minutes. I could tell he was a plumber - somehow - he was easy to talk to, (It sounded like he might even own the business I was guessing) asked a few details, and asked if "Tomorow at 9am" would be good for me. Yes! Of course that would work for me..

Jim (and James) came by and took care of the issue the next day, at the time he said, and I have new plumbers for life. Why would I call anyone else? Do I want to waste time and be frustrated?

I'm not sure your experience will be as good and as smooth as mine, but I can guarantee you will be treated with respect, by locals who enjoy what they do and are good at it. Thank you, Jim and James.

I had two minor plumbing issues at my home. I also purchased the parts prior to Brothers’s arrival. The plumber was here for 1 1/2 hours and charged $627.50. Outrageous. Jim told me if I didn’t pay he would discredit me online. I paid the bill and told him I’ll write a terrible review on the company. Beware. Do not call Brother’s Plumbers in Costa Mesa.Two weeks later the toilet is still running. So much for their expertise.
