SOS Plumbing Rooter did a great job. They arrived on time and were very professional and polite. Rigo and Efrain explained what they would be doing and were able to successfully solve our problems. I will certainly use them in the future if there are any other issues.

Paul was amazing with a repair of a collapsed sewer line and doing trenchless repair. Was told by another plumber 25-45 thousand dollars. It cost me 15,000 and saved me a lot of money. Also started the next day within giving me the estimate. Most professional plumbing service I have ever used. Paul went above and beyond and so appreciated that.

They came out quickly to our home and was able to fix a problem we had for years that another plumber couldn't. They explain the whole process well and were fair priced. And we didn't lose any of our landscaping. I highly recommend Paul. He is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.

SOS found a break in the line under my kitchen. They were very honest about the urgency of the situation. We found out around Christmas and funds were depleted. Their honesty allowed me time to save up. The financing is also very convenient and reasonable.

S.O.S. Innovative Plumbing Solutions are the Best! Paul Owen was fantastic! He was professional, thorough, knowledgeable, trustworthy and very respectful of our home. After careful inspection and unclogging our pipes he gave us several solutions. We felt his pricing was fair. He returned first thing the next morning to remedy the problem. Making sure to give us a reminder call in the morning and texting us 10 minutes before arrival. He also had a team of two Pio Orozco and Luis Perez who were also very knowledgeable and courteous of our home. They reseated a commode and repaired a leaking valve. We will be calling them in the future. Having trustworthy people in your home is priceless. Thank you Paul, Pio, and Luis.

Main water service repair: I was impressed with the SOS "Team" effort it took from assessing the water leak starting with digging down in the garden by my house where Main pipping is located, to finally pushing a new plumbing line underneath the concrete & grass area and driveway to the City meter without having to break up the concrete driveway.
Rigo and Jose and the other 2 young men here the day before worked tiredlessly digging down and scoping out the ground to search for exact location of leak and piping line to finally pinpoint the pathway to insert and extend the new water plumbing line.

This is an ongoing Project with having to replace every Sewer Mainline under 24 Buildings. We now have 23 buildings completed, with 1 to go This last job was completed in 3 days. We are very pleased with the Professionalism of the work as well as the Courteous Workers. The Residents had to move out only 1 night. We are very pleased that no floors had to be cut open to expose/repair the sewer line. We are now scheduling the last Building on September 29 to finish the Project We originally set this up as a 5 year Project but now were able to complete it in 3 years We highly recommend the Picote Epoxy Method of repairing aging cast iron sewer lines and Highly Recommend SOS Plumbers.

My wife and I called Paul at S.O.S. Plumbing when the upstairs sink backup up. We recently had a fiberglass liner installed by another company, and it turns out they missed reinstating the sink drain connection into the main line (that's a BIG oops). As I feared, we had to dig...in the family room...under the carpet...three days after we had the house cleaned and the carpet shampooed from the other guys.

We shared our story with Paul and Al, and everything the other company put us through (extended timeline, disorganization, destruction of property, etc.) They felt for us. Given that the family room had to be dug up, these guys did it right!!! They set up ratcheting poles (floor to ceiling) to create a containment area. They put down several drop clothes, to protect the carpet. And they even put the dirt into trash cans instead of on the slab. Imagine that, a tidy plumbing company...I was shocked too.

When they left, the job was done right and it was photographed for the previous company. Our family room was as clean as it could be until our carpet guys could reset the carpet and pad they folded over (neatly). And now (three days later), there is NO EVIDENCE that S.O.S. Plumbing was here.

They were upfront about the Scope of the project and Pricing. They were very fair and kept their word! They said ONE day, and it was 3/4 of a day! These guys definitely earned a spot on my "Good Vendor List." As a business owner in an industry that is familiar with plumbing, that is a strict list. I also possess the knowledge to understand their process, and to know (ahead of time) these guys are HONEST & hardworking, very clean, and paid to think!! Thanks guys, my wife and I are so relieved to be through this.

My water heater gave out and my trusted plumber had just recently retired so I was in need of help. SOS was referred to me by a good friend so I contacted them. They scheduled me next day, came within the window they gave me and installed a new water heater that same day. They were quick, efficient, price was reasonable, and left the area as clean as they found it. Their positive reviews online are well deserved. Thanks again, SOS!
