Refrigerator water line sprung a leak Saturday night causing water all over kitchen floor. Tried to turn the valve to turn off water and valve broke off. Called Rooter Hero (RH) and because it was so late, suppliers were closed, so had to come out Sunday morning. Had to turn off water to the house overnight but that was ok. Repair was made Sunday morning by Jonathan, great technician, however water to the refrigerator and ice cube maker wasn't working. Called RH again and sent out new technicians Monday and Ivan was able to get everything working. Despite having to come out 2x, RH was very courteous, professional and capable, A great job was done by both technicians and couldn't be happier. We have a few more plumbing issues that need to be taken care of and we won't hesitate to call RH again! Thanks guys for all your support and help!

Very great service, they we fast and great at communicating when seeking help from a plumber. Our plumber Roberto Moreno did an amazing job and made sure to keep me updated on anything going on and what process he’d be taking.

My husband passed away two years ago and I am clueless in regards to plumbing. Corey was my 3rd quote and he was competitive but also way more knowledgeable and added a level of comfort so I felt at ease knowing I was in good hands. Note to self… Never pour unused Metamucil down the drain!!! It instantly turned to a thick gelatinous substance. Let’s just say, that none of our efforts worked. So, we called Rooter Hero.

Gustavo was very professional and got right down to business. He kept everything clean as he went. It was a really tough clog, and all be it difficult, he kept at it. Aside from be a wonderful plumber, I felt comfortable being alone With him in our home. We chatted as he worked. It was if my neighbor had come over to help me out.

My plumber, who came by very fast, was extremely polite, knowledgable, honest and got the job done super fast. His name is KEN. Everyone should use this guy! He did a great job, cleaned up after the job and overall just a nice guy to deal with. He drove to Lowe’s with me and helped pick out a new toilet, that was perfect and cost effective. Ken is a good guy, this is a good business. They are on it. Ask for Ken!

The initial service was exceptional. Jose and his crew came in, opened the walls, and replaced the plumbing in two days. The inspections took a month to get done, but that was due to the city’s schedule. The price was pretty high, but the work was done quickly and in a professional manner.
