Lets start off by saying just when I called in the girl who answered was Melissa,she was so helpfull and kind and got me going to an apointment quick and easy. She really knew her stuff, she was awesome. She sent out technician by the name of MATT. Thank god she did, he was so awesome, kind, overall great person. Not to mention his professsionallism and work ettic is 100 stars. Im so glad I called this sompany and I got Matt to come out. He put my mind at ease he really knows what he is doing. There prices are so reasonable. I give Matt a 100 star review if it would let me. Thank You.

Recently my pool plumbing developed a leak and began sucking air in at the pump. I tried calling a few different pool repair businesses that claimed to specialize in tracking down this type of leak, but to my surprise and dismay none of them answered their phones or bothered to return the voicemails I left.
The prompt response I got from American Leak Detection was quite a relief!! Communication with them was quick and clear throughout the entire process. The technician they sent out, Aaron did a fantastic job tracking down the leak. It wasn’t an easy one to find- it ended up being a crack in a T fitting 3 feet below my pool skimmer. I could tell he took pride in his work. When finding that leak proved challenging, he leaned into hunting it down instead of giving up.
Once they found the leak, I hired them to make the repair. Aaron returned with a co-worker for the job. It was a long day- they showed up on time in the morning, and worked their butts off until after dark that evening. The repair was excellently done, on time, for a reasonable price. I believe it was a week and a half from first diagnosing the leak to a completed repair. I highly recommend this company, and won’t hesitate to use them again in the future!
