Llegaron Daniel (el contractor) con Rich y Jay, y desde que se bajaron se notaba que saben lo que hacen. No vinieron a adivinarle—straight to work. Me instalaron un cleanout (flush out) y también metieron un sleeve nuevo en la línea principal de terracota hacia el sewer. Trabajo fino, bien hecho, y sin andar dejando tiradero.
Lo que más rifó: hicieron todo en un solo día. Nada de estar regresando mil veces o dejándote con el problema a medias. También se aventaron el flush completo del sistema y dejaron todo corriendo al cien—sin backups, sin olores, sin broncas.
Se siente cuando un equipo trabaja con orgullo y profesionalismo. Buena comunicación, buen trato, y cero estrés en todo el proceso.

Flash plumbing came out and was immediately able to help fix the leaking hose bib. Daniel was extremely professional and kind. He even went over to give my neighbor a quote for his broke pipe even though he didnt have an appointment.
