It was the day after Thanksgiving and my sink and garbage disposal were backing up.I thought I wouldn’t be able to get someone to come out that day without charging mega bucks. I was surprised at the rapid response from Rooter Hero. Customer Service was cordial and attentive. Tech Nate Romero was timely and efficient. He was very pleasant, Informative and professional. Eric Flores installed a new water heater for us and he was amazing! He confirmed the appt and called the morning of to ensure we were still available. He was able to efficiently install our new water heater and take the old one with him. It was an amazing experience and I will be using Eric and Service Hero for all my plumbing needs moving forward!!

Last Sunday evening on a late notice emergency call our water heater completely stopped working. Devon Burch arrived on time and quickly assessed the problem. He quickly removed the old heater and installed a new one. Mr. Burch took time to answer questions, which helped us feel more confident about the decision. He was professional and knew a lot about the product. We could not ask for a better service on such a short notice. Two thumbs up!! Highly recommended!
