Eduardo was very professional, explaining what he was doing all along the way to fixing our clogged sewer line that required removing the toilet, putting camera down the line to find problem, then calling in other team to repair line by cleaning out the line and applying epoxy to to the inside of the line to fix the problem. I am very happy with his and all of the other Rooter Hero team members that worked on this. Eduardo even installed a new toilet without additional charge. Thank you Eduardo.

Your worker Adrian came originally and did some cleaning of drains and found that we had two broken areas in our drain lines and he came back on the 24th and repaired them and did a great job. I was very concerned because we left on vacation and had heavy rains and when we returned back home, everything seemed to be perfect. I was scared that the back was going to flood, but apparently it all worked out. Thank you very much, Adrian.
