Had a pipe leak that needed to be fixed. Called in the AM, I was provided a few time slots for the repair, technician arrived promptly, analyzed the issue, gave me a cost estimate and then got it repaired quickly. Margarito, the technician, did a great job communicating and provided great work. I will certainly use Rescue Rooter again!

Jesus and Eric were awesome. They arrived on time were knowledgeable, kind and courteous of my home and things. They gave me detailed information about options and of installation process as well as new safety code updates. They protected the floors and removed any art and breakables that were in the way of their work path.. They finished the installation in about 2 hours and replaced all items back in their place. The installation is neat and tidy and all permit paperwork is being done through them as well. The company was able to get them out to me within two hours of initial call to get life back on track quickly. I definitely recommend them.

We had a main line drain clog under the house. Russell was our technician and approached the problem from outside the house, working retrograde from a trap in the front yard. I was skeptical but it worked when my efforts with a cable inside the house had failed. He was very professional and pleasant to deal with. We asked him to install a cleanoutl closer to the house for future use and we were very satisfied with the work.

Great Company! I called and was able to get a same day service. They even called and asked to come earlier than my scheduled time. Robert W. was my plumber. He’s super friendly, very knowledgeable and very professional. He made things easy and worked quick and efficiently. He also took the time to meet and play with my dogs which takes a lot of stress off of them because a stranger is in the house. 10/10 all around for this business!

After 14 years of loyal service, two years past its warranty, our water heater sprung a leak. Luckily, we had a leak detection device sitting right next to it, so the beeping notified us quickly.

Hugh, back at the office, Ronny, the consultant that came out initially, and Ariel, the installer, worked together to ensure we were without hot water for the minimal amount of time. My husband and I were very impressed. They were friendly, professional and did exactly what they committed to do.

Ariel deserves a special shout-out for being a consummate professional and demonstrating an abundance of product knowledge. Such traits are much too rare these days. So kudos to him, his team and his management.

Very friendly and communicative. We had an inspection for a new heater. They came out and were able to replace it within the hour. The work was done really quickly and the team explained the whole process thoroughly.

The service person was great and did an awesome job. Room for improvement on your pricing , originally quoted $400+ which was crazy for a basic drain unclog, all your competitors are around $80. - $90. Supervisor approved $90. High. Price made me lose trust/ faith in your service. Felt like you were trying to take advantage of your customers, bad start.

Terrible, rude service. The owner was extremely disrespectful. I was quoted a lower price, but was charged more—and my deposit was never applied. The company promised to return my $1,000 deposit, but never did. They ignored my calls and acted dishonestly throughout the process. They overcharge and do not stand by their word. Avoid this company.

I hired this company ARS/Rescue Rooter to install a water heater recommended by LOWES. They sent a Plumber that spent 7 hours to install and was a BAD installation. It is far away to pass the city code installation. He just dropped it on the floor and the strap was loose sine it was 2 feet away from the wall. No pan under it nothing. I call them they made an appointment and nobody shows up. I called the manager Ibrahim. He promised me he will come with a technician. They did and I hope they will fix the problems.
After 2 weeks update May 2 2023 ..OK...ALL BAD now. Ibrahim , the manager came and fix the problem according to him. But he also told me that the permit was sent to my home, But...NO permit was sent. I checked with the City of Upland and NO permit was issued for this address. I will NEVER do business wit this guys and I will complain again at LOWES.

My connection with Rescue Rooter was through a water heater purchase from Lowe’s, but I’m pretty sure I used them before many years ago.

Within a minute after indicating on Lowe’s website I wanted information about installation, I got a text saying someone would reach out to me and they did within another 5 minutes or so. Within an hour someone was in my home providing an estimate, and within two hours of that someone came with the water heater, replaced all of the needed connections, competed the install, tested it, and just left.

Both the estimator Ronnie and installation technician Devon were very courteous and professional, making the whole experience seamless and easy.

Rescue Rooter's customer service and quality of work are exceptional. The staff is friendly and make it very easy to communicate concerns and expected outcomes of work. The staff is knowledgeable as displayed by their willingness to answer all questions in detail.
