Alfredo and Monkey Wrench provided an Incredible service! Alfredo arrived promptly, communicated clearly every step of the way, and quickly diagnosed and fixed an issue that no one else had been able to figure out. Their expertise and efficiency were truly impressive. The entire experience was smooth, and we felt completely confident in their work. Highly recommend to anyone in need of top-notch service!

Alex came to do a maintenance check of our 10 year old furnace. He made some recommendations to prolong good functioning of the furnace which were rated from most important to least. He explained his reasoning by showing the referenced areas of the furnace that were of concern and why. Any questions we had were explained clearly. He was also personable and easy to work with. We also appreciate that Monkey Wrench will give you a work window and text when they are on their way to your home giving you a 40-45 minute heads up. Overall we are pleased with our experience with Monkey Wrench and have had them come to our home for other plumbing needs.

I had never used or heard of Monkey Wrench before I saw their van on my street- a neighbor had used them and I needed some work done so I scheduled an appointment. The staff was quick to provide availability and scheduled an appointment for the next day.

Rick was the plumber that came to our house to provide estimates for the work we needed done and was very friendly and highly knowledgeable. He walked me through all issues that we were having and explained everything along the way. The work was completed quickly and I could not recommend him more. We have some additional work we need done and are looking forward to requesting for Rick to come back to finish the job after we buy some fixtures that we like. Highly recommend both Rick and Monkey Wrench. Will be using their other services again soon!

Monkey Wrench was a great company to work with.
Came out on the scheduled time, assessed the situation, and processed a warranty claim through Rheem Tankless Waterheaters without me needing to do a thing.
Enrique and Eli were both great to work with and did a very thorough job of explaining the problem and most importantly fixing it!

Eli was an excellent plumber! He handled the issues I asked him to look at and answered all my questions. He was great!

Ozzy and Joel really went above and beyond to come up with a solution for our AC problem. They got it working same day, were really knowledgeable and up front about everything, and they were there on time as expected. Also shout out to Jackie who took our call and scheduled everything over the phone and was so helpful. Would definitely recommend this company.

Ruben Gaeta explained to me what the job would entail. He answered all my questions thoroughly. He arrived when he said he would. The job was done in a timely manner. I appreciated his professionalism.

My second time using them! The most professional and courteous staff I've ever encountered. They arrive in the time frame given and finish the job quickly. They even let you track the driver on their way so you can be home when they arrive. Can't praise them enough.

I just have to tell you—Gabriel is an amazing young man! I’m so impressed that he knows so much, and I truly admire that. Even though he’s such a great salesperson, I’m a very tough sell, but I do listen when someone explains things at length—and that tells you a lot. Normally I brush off a sales pitch pretty quickly because I can spot whatever is being pushed, but he explained everything in a way that made me genuinely understand. He brought up having the protection or not having it in the politest way possible his approach was outstanding.

Monkey Wrench Plumbing sent Nixon Duran this morning, and he was outstanding! Very knowledgeable and professional—he thoroughly explained all the issues with my plumbing, provided clear solutions, and gave a detailed estimate on the spot.

Gabriel Mercado came out for our routine check-up on the attic heater unit, and he was absolutely great! He was incredibly thorough, taking the time to inspect everything carefully and leaving no detail overlooked.

What stood out most was how well he explained everything — step by step, in clear, easy-to-understand language, without any rush or jargon overload. He made sure we fully understood what he was checking, why it mattered, and any recommendations for keeping our system running smoothly.

I’ve been fortunate enough to use Monkey Wrench Plumbing, Heating, Air & Electric for multiple projects around my home, and every experience has been excellent. Most recently, they replaced my tankless water heater and installed a new electrical outlet specifically for the unit.

From start to finish, the technicians were professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly along the way. I truly appreciated how thorough and communicative they were throughout the entire process.

Be cautious with this company. They advertised a $99 drain cleaning, however, when he arrived (2 hours later than the time provided) he asked for $490 for a simple drain clean, without even looking at the problem. Asking him why the price difference, he explained the prices just went up. Later I complained to his office and they said that if I had mentioned the internet special the cost would have been $99. If I were you, I’d use another company.

Really job well done! I got a few bids and they were the best at assessing my plumbing problem, analysis of what the cost would be. They completed a 30-foot plumbing job a day earlier than they said. Excellent and very professional individuals.

Mr. Joaquin and Mr. Jesus (who installed our water heater) were very professional and courteous. Jesus did a very good job in the installation. 👍🏽
