This afternoon, I spotted a wet circle on my ceiling, searched the internet and started calling. Hartman Plumbing is the one who answered the phone immediately. The service is quick and courteous. He even brought shoe covers! The whole problem got fixed in a couple of hours and for a very reasonable fee. Such a relief. Couldn't be happier!

Dan the plumber was very professional. You can tell he pays attention to detail. His work was very clean and precise. I will definitely be calling him back for further services.

I had an emergency in the middle of the night and Dan showed up promptly after I called him to fix a major leak in my toilet. Dan was very professional and helpful and i genuinely felt like he was honest with me about what needed to be done. I will definitely use him again.

I contacted HPS, Dan came out because there was a strong smell of a gas leak . He tracked the gas leak and took care of the problem. He also pointed out that my water shut-off valve was broken. He explained everything to me before doing any work. He is very professional, fair prices and an amazing plumber. I will definitely be using HPS again. Thank you Dan

What a breath of fresh air! Dan has been out to my house twice now and I won't use any other plumber. First time out he fixed a gas line for my new stove and today he fixed a broken pipe in our yard. These people were sent out by home serve. They couldn’t even fix the clog in the line. They didn’t have any equipment or the tools to do the job. The plumber told me that all his stuff was worn out. Had to call for another company they came out and cleared it within 15 minutes. If I could give Hartman, his son a zero I would.

I got a water heater replaced by Mickey from Hartman plumbing. They were very professional, even cleaning up after themself! I asked about a quote the night previously, and they were able to fit me in for the next morning. I also got a very good price, especially when compared to their competition!

Jose Zaragoza is an excellent plumbing technician, and a very complimentary representative for MonkeyWrench. Jose was on time, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and all-around extremely helpful and having me understand my new water heater and its maintenance. Rick and Alex arrived not only on time, but a bit early. They diagnosed our problem in short order - dead 16-year-old tankless water heater - and provided us with options for replacement. They installed the new unit - a substantial improvement over our old one! - the same afternoon. They were polite and professional, and Rick answered all our questions and explained everything we needed to know. They did a neat, professional job, and left the area in good condition. I highly recommend Monkey Wrench.

Ruben, Kevin and Eliseo worked on the main line at my property. Ruben is superb. He was helpful, hard working, professional, patient and honest. Kevin (Alex) is excellent. He too is very professional, extremely respectful and hard working and Eliseo is exceptional, his work performance outstanding. All three make a good team. I definitely will be working with this company again.

Re: Tankless Maintenance
Josh Perez was our technician today who completed the tankless maintenance. He was very knowledgeable and patient about the maintenance process, explained things clearly and completed it efficiently. He also provided very useful information about some changes we can make in the future to address the hardness of water clearly explaining each option. We thank him for his work today and highly recommend him!

I cannot recommend Monkey Wrench enough! What started out as a sewer line issue, became an emergency main line issue and Felix and his team were able to proactively, professionally and promptly take care of us. Not only were they able to quickly identify the issue and solve the problem, they provided great recommendations and never felt like they were upselling. Felix and Elias were even able to come back to make sure everything was OK with our irrigation system that was damaged with the main line repair.

Alex is very courteous and thorough. He spent time explaining what the important elements of my system are as well as the steps he was taking to tune it up. A big Thank You to Alex!!
