Just had my first plumbing service and interaction with Top Notch Plumbing and couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied. From the calls and service provided by Sarah in the office to the inspection and work performed by Jeff Dulla, the thorough inspection, explanations and work performed in fixing my kitchen sink leakage issue was carried out in a professional and friendly manner. I will be using them again.

Jeff and Fabian were both extremely accommodating. They both spent sufficient time to assess the problem at my house. They gave me multiple options regarding a fix. Fabian did the actual work. He spent time to explain and show what he was doing. The only problem I had with the service, was the company's overload. Fabian could not finish the work on the first day, he had to come back. The second day service ran into difficulties, because he could not show up on time. But he called me frequently to inform me on his status. We had to reschedule twice. I do not want to give less than 5 stars because of that, because Fabian made up for the lost time with a "bonus" free cleaning, which was not in the original agreement. I am very pleased with their service

Our plumbing was completely stopped up due to grease and fat poured into the kitchen sink by the prior home owner. We called Top Notch because they had many good reviews. The technician, Santana, did a terrific job. Very friendly, personable, and knowledgeable. He correctly figured out where the problem lay (this was incorrectly diagnosed by a prior plumber) and spent 2.5 hours repeatedly snaking out and scoping my drain lines until they were clean to his satisfaction. All is now flowing perfectly. For all the work he put in I was surprised by how little they charged. Will definitely use this company again. Highly recommended.

Jeff was on time right at the top of the service window. Who does that? TNP does! A total professional with a genuine spirit to help and so knowledgeable. He was not pushy like other places can be and zero scare tactics.
Jeff kept it real and gave me several options and explained everything. He was able to fix the mess I made and gave me some tips on maintenance. TNP will be my go to plumber and I highly recommend they be yours too! 5 star all the way! Thank you so much!

My house is over 80 years old, and over the years, I’ve had to replace the pipes both in the walls and under the house. Recently, Ronnie from Top Notch Plumbing came out to help. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.

I needed the pipes for the laundry room moved into the wall, as they were inexplicably located on the outside of the wall. When Ronnie opened up the wall, it turned out to be a complete mess inside. There was even a pipe being used that wasn’t a plumbing pipe at all. I was extremely lucky there was never a flood. The plumbers I had hired 25 years ago to replace my old galvanized pipes with copper had simply cut the old pipes and rerouted things, taking shortcuts. It was frustrating to see the poor workmanship that had been done.

Ronnie was very tactful in delivering the bad news. He took the time to explain what was going on, why certain parts are used, the codes that must be followed for legal reasons, and how they help prevent future issues. Despite the extra work required, he went right to work fixing everything. He even called the owner of Top Notch to show him the problem via video, and together they came up with a solution. Ronnie kept me informed throughout the process, and I felt reassured that everything was being done to code and properly.

Now, my pipes are inside the wall, and I can fit a larger washer and dryer in that space. I’m relieved the job was done right, and they worked with me on the cost.

Ronnie also inspected the drainage pipes under the house I had installed recently. He said they did a good job, but mentioned they had missed one of the pipes. The reason I didn’t call that company back for additional work was because I felt pressured by them to do more than necessary. I’m so glad I didn’t reach out to them again.

Top Notch Plumbing is now my go-to for all my plumbing needs.

Called to have pipes replaced after a burst and tons of water was spraying out in my crawlspace of my house. Ronnie came the same day, he was very kind and courteous to my husband and explained everything that needed to be done with pictures and everything. Didn't up charge us suddenly or take advantage of us and their prices were very fair. Ronnie worked hard to get it done in the same day, despite needing to move around his schedule for us. Unfortunately our new water heater was missing a part so he came back the next morning to finish the job. Awesome people, my husband says he wouldn't call anyone else for future plumbing work. We recently hired Ronnie and his team to address a serious main line stoppage at our home, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and quality of work.

After conducting an initial camera inspection, they quickly identified a significant buildup of grease and scale in the cast iron main sewer drain that was affecting both bathrooms. His team went above and beyond, performing a crawl space inspection and even locating a leak from the toilet flange in the bathroom next to the laundry area.

They didn’t just diagnose the issue—they fixed it with precision and care. They repaired the damaged section of drain pipe and installed a proper fitting between the closet flange and the sanitary tee that connects the bathroom sink drain. Finding a plumber to work on our sump pump was the first challenge. We were fortunate to have Fabian from Top Notch Plumbing come out to look at our issue. Had a leak from a pipe under our walk way that led into our laundry room- what a mess. Called Top Notch after looking up reviews on google. I’m usually very skeptical about any service providers like plumbers because it’s easy to get an insane quote and what other options do you have in a crunch. They send Jeff out the first day and he was very kind and knowledgeable, super easy to talk to and he gave honest advice and feedback. He wasn’t able to break into the concrete that day but we were given a quote and made an appointment for another day.

Fabian was sent to do the excavation and repair. He was amazing, polite, and personable! His work is excellent and he finished much faster than we were quoted. 11/10! Thank you!!!

Overall the business has great communication and pricing, thank you Top Notch, we will be calling again if needed and telling all our friends and family.

Jeff was great! He fixed my kitchen sink piping to drain better overall using the snake and then lifting the discharge pipe all in less than 2 hours.

I’m not one for leaving reviews, but couldn’t pass up the opportunity to thank the team at Top Notch Plumbing. We’ve been using them for a few years and they’ve always come through. Fast, Friendly and Super Professional. Fabian and Jeff are both great people. My only regret is that I’m selling my house and moving out of state. So today’s service was the last time using their service. But the new owner has been informed to keep them in mind when they need plumbing repairs. You set the bar high for your industry.

We recently had an emergency plumbing situation and they were able to squeeze us in that day even though we were initially told they would not be able to come out until the next morning. And when the problem ended up being bigger than initially thought, they made sure to stay late to fix the issue to ensure we had working plumbing that night. Each step they were taking was carefully explained with great patience. They were also great at explaining all options for both the fix that night and the more long term fix, which were all quoted at very reasonable prices.
