I had Josh out today to fix the waste and overflow in my shower. He was amazing! He even boarded and plastered up the hole he had to cut. He left everything spotless. He also fixed a part in the tank of my toilet, which had been repaired from another plumbing company just a few months ago.
I had 2 other quotes, and he was much lower. I highly recommend Josh, and I will definitely recommend him to my family and friends!

I just moved into my new place on 1 November, and towards the end of the month the bathtub started to slow slowly fill with water when I was in the shower and I knew there was a clog and it slowly got worse until it got to the point where it was just way too bad and my landlord wouldn’t handle something like that. Thank goodness for Josh and the good old coat hanger down the drain trick. He FaceTimed me and walked me through how to get the drain cap off so I made sure I knew what I was doing because what I was doing to try to get it off definitely wasn’t working. Even though he saved himself a call out he saved me time and money and when I have a plumbing issue, I will definitely be using him. I will highly recommend him to anyone needing a helpful plumber. He could have had a different attitude about the situation and not been helpful to walk me through something simple but he didn’t. His willingness to help was so respectful in my eyes, and he has definitely earned himself my respect and clientele in the future.

I was very impressed with the how prompt Ace Plumbing was able to schedule the visit and how professional Alan was to provide the necessary details and recommendations for the work to be performed. Unfortunately, I haven’t committed to the service repair since my home warranty is still processing approvals for me to proceed with the work. If you need a company that is responsive and knowledgeable techs, please give them a call and ask for Alan to be your tech.

Absolutely AMAZING service! Angel and Axel went well above and beyond to locate the source of our leak and had it repaired the same day. The technician had some minor issues with my Home Depot bathroom sink faucet installation. But it was quickly resolved with the help of a 2nd technician. The technician had to return a 2nd time to resecure the hot and cold faucets and replace one feed line at no cost to me. In summary, the technician and the company were very accommodating and very professional. I would like to thank Mr. Dan Juarez (General Manager) for his help in resolving the installation issue concerning the faucet and making a policy adjustment on my repair invoice. Thank You, E. Yee

I'm a repeat customer and have had good results in the past. In this case the same technician that replaced the stems of my shower faucets returned to correct a problem with his installation. This was covered by a warranty? I still had to pay $74 for his call out? I was advised prior to callout that there would be a fee. But being charged again for a poor installation does not sound right.

joe came out and assessed a very slow leak in my garage and took time to check a variety of things before having to cut the drywall. once he cut it he found a very small pinhole leak that was hard to detect that had been going on for a while. he explained the process and charges before doing the work and the repair fees. Professional honest and expedient. great work joe thanks again

Alan and Albert, the two service technicians, were professional, courteous, friendly, and explained to me the proposed repair to the main water line leak, and they answered all of my questions. I appreciate how quickly they responded to the emergency, and they were able to make the repair the same day. Ace Pelizon has been in business in my neighborhood for decades, and they consistently receive 5 star reviews because of their excellent service.

I have used Ace Pelizon Plumbing in the past which is why I called them for my current plumbing needs and as always they are awesome. The staff is great and today they sent out Michael who was professional and was able to fix our issue right away. Thank you for the excellent service. I just want to thank Fernando and his team for replacing broken and rusted water pipes under our house. We had our main bathroom backing up and Fernando and his team came the same day, and we're kind and professional. It took three days to repair and replace the pipes due to the age of our home. They worked long and hard and everything was fixed and is working beautifully. They are great and I give them a 10 out of 10 rating!!

Ace Pelizon Plumbing provides great service, and what they charge for their work is fair for the quality of work they provide. Only thing is that their after-hours answering service could use some improvement in regards to scheduling a visit. This is something, I have been told, that they are working on to improve. This is also not a deal-breaker though. I highly recommend Ace Pelizon Plumbing to anyone who needs help with any plumbing issues.

I had a water pipe spring a leak. The pipe was unable to be repaired and a re-pipe had to be done. Expensive but Michael Espinoza explained everything to me, was very professional, and did a great job.

I purchased a toilet and needed it installed. The bathroom is upstairs. Joe came over and accessed what needed to be done. He kindly answered all my questions reassured me of my concerns. There were some problems that his expertise resolved. He was on time and he made sure that everything was clean. He wore shoe booties which I appreciated since I have hardwood floors. He disposed the old toilet. Should I ever need plumbing services again, I would definitely call Ace Pelizon Plumbing and I highly recommend them as well. Thank you Joe!!

The technician showed up on time on his day off. Which was very nice! He greeted us by introducing himself and had a very nice smile on his face. He listened patiently while we told him all of our issues. He took a look at things and came back and wrote up a couple different options which he went over with us and he explained them in detail. He assured us it would all work out and we would be very satisfied with the results. We decided to take one of the plans and they start work Monday! I can’t wait for everything to be new again. Michael was amazing in explaining every process of my kitchen sink repair. He is amazing at what he does and the attention he has at explaining what he is doing is exceptional. I will definitely be calling them again when I have plumbing issues.

The technician that came to our home was professional and very skilled. He repaired our plugged drain and used a camera to inspect the condition of our main line. We’ll rest at night knowing that our older home is in good shape. We would never hesitate to call this company.
