I had a broken water pipe that was leaking a lot of water into my house. I called Ace Pelizon that night, and they sent out a technician first thing in the morning. Fernando arrived in full uniform, and he was exceptional and very knowledgeable. He assessed the problem and explained step by step what needed to be done. After providing the estimate, he proceeded with the repair, letting me know he would need to turn off the water to the whole house for a few hours and gave me time to set aside some water.
The repair took a few hours, and after he was done, he cleaned everything up and checked all the plumbing in my house to ensure nothing else was wrong and that the faucets were working properly. I really appreciate the Ace team and Fernando for the work they did.

My hot water heater needed to be replaced. Fernando was very professional and helpful walking me through the process. The work was completed in a timely manner by Fernando and his partner Chris, meeting new code requirements. I was very pleased with the end results, It was a pleasure working with them.

The technicians came to fix the drainage problems in my shower & toilet, & couldn’t find the clean out, & said that I didn’t have a clean out in my house, so they needed to take out my toilet to do it, it costed more. Later he even suggested me to install one, which was quite costly. As I felt that it’s gov policy that houses should have clean out when it was built, so I paid for another plumber to come to find it, it didn’t take him long to find out one for me. So I think this co is more interested in making money than really serving the customers. I asked for a refund as I paid for another plumber to find out the clean out. But I didn’t get it.

We had two bathroom sinks that were repaired the same day as our quote and Alan did both jobs so methodically and very graciously. His customer service was excellent: he was very patient with all of our questions, explaining what he was doing with the repairs, and took extra care to clean up after he was finished. We really appreciated his professionalism and for making sure that we were satisfied with both jobs. Thanks Ace & Alan! You should hire more people like Alan who care about doing a job well but also graciously!

There aren't too many qualified plumbers to help with septic system issues as they are tricky. Ace Pelizon was able to help me with my home and help ensure that it is working properly. They spent time investigating the details of how everything worked and stand behind their work. They didn't leave me high and dry when a small issue popped up. They immediately came to help and I highly recommend them for all items, not just septic issues.

Joe from Ace Plumbing was great! Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. This is the second time he has serviced my house and will definitely use him in the future. I like that the company is small and keeps all plumbing jobs they have completed on file. Great quality service and trustworthy- I highly recommend!

We had a leak in our natural gas line going to our pool/spa heater. Fernando and Jesse came out and were able to find and repair the leak while keeping our landscaping disturbed as little as possible. They cleaned up the areas they had to work on and you wouldn't have known that the area had been dug up. Fernando was very understanding to our problem and went the extra mile to put our minds at ease.

The technician was skilled, professional and friendly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and implemented a simple, inexpensive repair. The reason this is not a five star review is that Ace Pelizon could not provide a 2 or even 4 hour window in which the technician was expected to arrive.

These guys are a reputable company with great plumbers and overall great feel for the job. They came in assessed the problems within 5 mins and were able to quote me a fairly and reasonable price. They are prompt, fast and reliable, I would definitely suggest you hire them , even if you have doubts, they will always come through!

Jeremy was dispatched to the site. He was very professional and courteous. He quickly identified the source of the water leak and began to make repair only to find additional repair was necessary due to a broken flange that was not visible at first inspection. All repairs were completed in a couple of hours.
Highly recommend Ace Pelizon for any plumbing, heating/cooling repairs or installations.

I would definitely recommend this company! Mike and Chris were out here today after I suddenly found myself without hot water. I was afraid I’d need a whole new water heater, but Mike figured out a much less expensive repair. I was surprised at the final charge after knowing how long they worked on my problem. They were also polite and tidy, very desirable traits in technicians!

Jeremy called before he arrived and was polite and friendly. We spoke about what needed to be done and he proceeded to correct the problem. Well done!

I am so impressed by the service I received with Ace Pelizon Plumbing. My water heater was leaking. I called and they were able to see me that same day. The water heater was replaced. Albert went above and beyond in making sure the repair was done correctly. He was extremely professional. He made sure I was informed about the repair. I am extremely satisfied.

Fernando came out for two separate issues and he was very informative and explained the procedures. They arrived on time and fixed the issues. A very professional company and employees. We will definitely use them for future plumbing problems.

The call center personal was a bit awkward. She wasn’t professional at all. I had to repeat myself a few times. The tech named Jeremy was very professional and honest with my heater problem. And knew his line of business. He gets all the star ratings!! ☝️ Very quick to get me a few quotes. I appreciate quick and fast service but most of all honesty! Unfortunately they are very pricy.

We recently bought a new water heater and had it installed. Our tech was great. Knowledgeable, friendly, efficient. A few weeks later we noticed we were running out of hot water faster than we expected. I called Ace and they sent a tech out quickly to check. He arrived right on time and found and fixed the problem. No charge as they considered it part of the install. Super happy with Ace. Will definitely use again for our plumbing needs.
