We have been using Courtesy Plumbing for close to 20 years now. They always come to help us and are quick to respond. The plumbers usually are able to figure out what is going on pretty quickly. This time we had Richard and he did a great job.

Called Courtesy Plumbers today 29 September 2025 because our 13 year old 50 gal gas water heater was only providing warm water. I asked for Jack who had solved plumbing problems for us three other times with excellent results for a fair price. Jack arrived on time and said he can replace the water heater today so we said OK. We did not expect to get our choice of a new pro grade Bradford White gas water heater installed the same day.

Had a main line leak at my house. Richard provided us with a prompt, fair quote and scheduled the repair. He and his team arrived on-time, finished the job prior to the estimated time, showed us all of the work that was completed and did a thorough clean-up. I would highly recommend Courtesy, Richard and the team!

Richard at Courtesy plumbing did a fantastic job repairing and replacing water pipe under our garage sink. He was so fast I want everyone to know what a great plumber he is. We will always use him for ANY plumbing needs in the future. Great company, great guy.

I want to sincerely thank this team and Mr. Johnny Martinez. He has come to my home and rental properties and always gets the job done with ease, no mess, and lasting quality. At my home in Sierra Madre, he used the longest snake to clear the sewer line—I haven’t had an issue in three years. Then, at a rental in Monrovia, he fixed a continuously running toilet, replaced the fill valve in minutes, and kindly explained what he was doing as I watched. Highly recommend giving them a try!

Richard was awesome! He helped me fix a leaking shower and swapped out my garbage disposal for a new one. He is prompt, friendly, and thorough. Definitely would recommend Courtesy Plumbers for you plumbing needs!

Thank you Courtesy Plumbing for replacing my old Bradford White water heater with a new Bradford water heater. Jack did a great job draining and removing the 20 year old unit and replacing it with a sparkling new one. It was less than a 1/2 hour before the new one came to my door, and he was all ready for it!

Wow, were we impressed with Jack's expertise replacing our 21 year old water heater. Jack came out to estimate the work at 3:45 pm, by 6 the job was completed! We had our hot water back in no time. Very pleased with the new water heater and Jack's workmanship. Jack came by my check on a drainage valve issue, I was very pleased with the service. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way and and he arrived right on time. Called after 6pm and the company sent out a professional plumber, Jack Bell with over 40 years of experience within 30 mins. We had what I thought was an impossible situation with 70 year old rusted out galvanized pipe and Jack was able to work magic. We had a clog in our drain, and it rendered our bathroom, washing machine, and kitchen sink inoperable. I called Courtesy Plumbing and have an appointment scheduled. Within minutes I got a call notifying me that a service personnel member is on the way. Sean and Aaron arrived, assessed the situation, and knew exactly what to do. They went to work and within minutes, the problem is solved. If I ever have a clog drain again, I will definitely call for their help in the future. Great work, thanks again!
