We had major plumbing problems at our house. Jose A was courteous, conscientious,
took photos of pipes running under our house and explained the problems to us in a very professional manner. He is now doing a second job for us. He is great!

I was not home but my husband was very very impressed with Sammy and was very happy that the quote given to me over the phone was actually what we were billed. We had another plumbing company come out and they quoted us 4 times what Rotter Man charged. Would definitely recommend them.

Such a wonderful experience with this company. They came same day I called and Ralph was absolutely amazing. If I ever need a plumber again I most definitely will call RooterMan and ask for Ralph. He was professional and fixed my problem at a fantastic price!! Ralph saved the day 100%

Albert came out and helped figure out the problem and set up a way to fix everything. He was here on-time, made sure to explain everything, and showed me the videos so I knew everything was done correctly. He was an absolute pleasure and I’m glad that he was the person that came out to help us.

Boris was amazing, he was very informative and friendly. While he was unable to initially fix our issue he was able to educate us on our options. Definitely recommend him and will use his services again.

Had a clogged sink and looked online for a plumber. Called Rooter Man and they came out within 2 hours. Was able to snake our sink for the $49 price offered. Tony T was our repair man and he was very professional and personable. I highly recommend him and would not hesitate if we needed a plumber again. 5 🌟!!

I may have posted only 1 or 2 reviews for various services over the years, but my wife and I felt this one was well deserving of mention. a big thumbs up for Rodrigo and the Rooter Man Plumbing service for turning a nightmare sewer drain situation into a successful, minimally invasive project to give us peace of mind for years to come. His calm, friendly and professional attitude helped us to make good, long term decisions for our property and saved us unnecessary expenses to avoid disastrous consequences down the road. In a time when many services will charge a fee for just showing up or giving a quote, or using special equipment, Rooter Man did all of that free of charge and showed me the problem areas inside our plumbing, using live video and gave us a comprehensive plan with options so we could deal with the critical issues first and save the less pressing ones for a later date. These guys had to work in a very tight space in order to avoid destroying both landscaping and hardscape in the front of our home and took great care to keep it all intact and put it back the way it looked before they arrived. We are very happy with their work and will recommend them to others.

I called Klein Plumbing first thing in the morning on a Tuesday about a drain clog in the master bathroom. They scheduled a time for that day and they showed up early, unclogged the drain, and did not try and charge me for extra work not needed! I am already scheduling to have them install my dishwasher! I highly recommend Klein Plumbing.

I have been a customer of Keith’s/Klein Plumbing for years. He’s always been very professional, super friendly and honest with me. He even fixed my elderly neighbors plumbing problem for free one day while he was on a plumbing call at my house. I appreciate him so much and cannot recommend him more.

Keith and his team are great and will be using them for any future plumbing need. We needed to re-pipe the house. We searched for several estimates, Keith was the most thorough by far. He actually walked through the entire property and wrote notes as he went along, provided a detailed written estimate with the scope of work.

As they worked on the project, it took about a week. Keith would provide end-of-day updates to make sure we knew what was happening. The quality of the work is great, minimal disruption to our water throughout this time period, everything looks and feels nice and clean. Have not had any issues so far and it has been about 2 months since they finished. Highly recommended.

Klein plumbing was recommended to me several years ago… I had to call for emergency services, he was able to come out the same day and do the repair for 1/2 the price someone else charged me. Keith did more work than the previous “expensive professionals.”

AWESOME! Keith came recommended, and I am so happy that we hired him. He did such a thorough job re-piping the whole home, fixing other issues that weren't done to code by other plumbers, and replacing the water heater. Best of all Keith is such an honest professional with great communication skills. Would highly recommend Keith which I don't do very often.
