Hands-down, one of the best teams in town. Fernando Serrano Martinez saved the day I’m the manager and an apartment complex and when things go South, there’s only one team i call and that’s Anderson Plumbing. We had backflow coming out of the drain line in the kitchen and as soon as Fernando got there, he was able to assess the situation and knew exactly what he had to do and had it resolved within a matter of time. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly for the minor repair in our office. Manuel was right on time (I think I may have seen his truck outside a few minutes early). He was clear about the issue, fixed the problem, and is moving ahead with an estimate for another issue we have. I'm glad to have him and Anderson as a trusted vendor if something goes wrong.

No plumbing company was able to match the prices that Andersen was able to provide me. They were on time and professional. They finished the job within the schedule that they set for me. Anthony was patient, professional, and was able to help with any questions that I had about the replacement of my backflow device. Unfortunately, I had to argue with the technician about what I wanted done. I simply wanted the drain cleared with a snake, Because historical issues that were coming from this particular drain stack. Instead of sneaking the drain, he tried to Prove that it didn’t need snaking. My interactions with Anderson are usually good, but unfortunately, this one wasn’t

Josh was amazing. He figured out the issues, came up with a proposal, purchased everything so we didn’t have to, installed it brilliantly, and even taught us how to maintain it as well as identified other issues that needed to be addressed. Honestly, one of the best experiences we’ve had.

Unprofessional, Negligent, and a Major Security Risk

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company was contracted to do work in my unit while I was away on vacation, and I returned home at 11:30 PM to an absolute nightmare.

First and most importantly: They left my 14th-floor glass patio door wide open. Leaving a high-rise apartment unsecured and exposed to the elements while a resident is out of town is gross negligence.

To make matters worse, the unit was covered in "pipe muck." There was sludge under my sinks, on the counters, and even sprayed across my dishwasher. I also had to pass a carpet cleaner over a rust stain 25 times just to save my flooring. I spent the first three hours of my return scrubbing filth instead of unpacking. Zero respect for property or safety.
