This is a small family run company. They bested all the bigger companies in this area who claim to have 5 star services with 1000-4000 reviews. They’re a father and son duo that came within half an hr of calling. They knew exactly what the problem was based on the situations occurring in our home. Very friendly and fast service. If you’re in need of plumbing services don’t sleep on these guys!

Called them told them what we needed they set up a time showed up a little early( which was ok) confirmed the issue that we needed a new water heater. Went and bought a new one installed checked to make sure everything was working took the old one away all within 1 1/2 hours. Very pleased.

We had our bathroom toilet, shower, and sink all backed up suddenly and couldn’t use them at all. My roomate called Roto Rooter and they came out saying we have to tear up floors and all this other expensive stuff making our jaws drop when the told us the price. It just seemed like Roto Rooter was trying to rip us off and they just scheduled an appointment for later in the week without even fixing anything when the came!
So I called HOAG PLUMBING & DRAIN CLEANING to get a second opinion and they came out right away and fixed it all within an hour at a small fraction of what the other company quoted us on. HOAG PLUMBING saved us so much money and got the job done fast! And most of all, they were very honest and didn’t try and upsell us like the other company. We need more honest people like HOAG. Highly recommend them as they are such great people, quick, affordable and they got the job done so we could use our bathroom again!

We had a great experience with them!! We called and they came within 30min and fixed the shower knob. An old piece shattered inside and they cleaned it out and replaced it. We appreciate their quick and efficient work!! Highly recommend!

I have had Hoag plumbing do a few jobs for me in the past. They always had the best prices and did exceptional work. They have unclogged drains, repiped some pipes, added a clean out, and added sink fixtures. They were always on time and very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone.

I recently used Hoag Plumbing for some repairs I needed in my restroom. My shower was leaking and there was mold from the water. The shower was backed up. Nicholas and Steven Hoag were friendly and professional. They explained to me what was wrong and I understood the urgency of repairing the leaks and toilet leaks to stop more damage from being done. Steven and Nicholas gave me a great deal and we’re able to repair damage done from old pipes and mold. Our shower is draining now and toilet works so much better! They also completed their work in a few hours which was awesome since that was our only restroom. I will definitely recommend Hoag Plumbing to friends and family.

My family has used Hoag Plumbing several times and each and every time they are wonderful! They are our go to anytime we have a plumbing issue. Most recently we had our kitchen sink backup a couple days before Christmas, we called them at 6pm and they showed up the next morning and were able to fix it within an hour. They are professional, friendly and they know what they are doing! Not to mention they show up on time and the prices are great! I would definitely recommend them!

Steve and Nick came to my house when I was in a pinch over the water heater. They showed up earlier than expected and gave me an awesome price on a replacement and install. They were two of the nicest people I’ve met in a very long time. They were very knowledgeable and did the job in a very timely manner. I was back up and running sooner than expected and were very clean with everything they did. I will 100% use them again and refer them to all my friends and family. Andersen Plumbing has been great. Excellent communication and their workmanship is fantastic.

I've just been gouged for work done at an office building that I rent space from. Under the sink shut off valves we're leaking so I needed them replaced. The job took the guy less than 20 minutes to shut off the water and replace the two valves($6 each). $458 later The job has been completed. I spoke to other plumbers and they concur, this type of work is a couple hundred dollars maximum. Tread lightly if you're to use this business. My hands were tied cuz the building I least space from required me to use them. Never again!

Andersen Commercial Plumbing has performed very well. JONATHAN (service tech) is one of a kind. Really takes pride in his craft. While your explaining the request for repairs, he’s already visualizing what’s going to happen and can relate to that. As a facility manager in several organizations thru my career , I still choose ACP and always request JONATHAN.

Andersen Plumbing has always been my “Go To” Plumbing Company. As an engineer at Beverly Hospital I need to have a plumbing company that can respond and perform any plumbing job I May have. I can always count on Andersen plumbing for that. I’ve used Andersen plumbing for about 9 years now and I can say that I have no complaints whatsoever. All of their plumbers are professional and do their jobs well, however, their is one plumber in particular that deserves mention. Jonathan is a plumber with Andersen who I can count on to perform the most technical of jobs here at the hospital. He has exceeded all of my expectations over the years.
