Johnathon was my rep, and I have used his services 2x at my place of business. 1x for an emergency, 1x for a main water line pipe repair. His service and attention to detail was second to none. I recommend using Andersen plumbing, and if you can request Johnathon as your service rep, that is what I would say to do.

Took care of the issue with replacing 3 water line heaters.
I was happy with his work!

It all depends on the technician you get. The first technician that came out to fix my frozen sink faucet was a nightmare. After he left I noticed the faucet handle leaked when you turned the water on
A different technician came today to check it. The problem was the washer that went with the new stem was not used. Even though it was in the package with the new stem. So it was not installed properly by the first technician
But corrected by the second technician

I have had Jonathan A. from Anderson service PIH Downey for years. Always has great customer service and takes care of our needs no matter if it’s after hours he is second to none. Anytime we have issues he is out go to plumber. He give us gives options and solution not more problems.

I’m going to start this review by letting readers know I’m the manager for several estates and one 33-unit apartment building. I need to call on plumbers more often than most people, as a result. In my experience there is not a more valuable plumbing company to call than Andersen Commercial Plumbing. They have sent me many different Techs over the past 4 years, some to commercial building environments and some to private residential properties, and without fail their guys have been the most professional and capable plumbers I have ever hired.

Andersen is not the plumbing contractor for those of you out there trying to get the lowest price; bear that in mind but with it bear in mind that the work they do is top notch and I’ve never had to call them back out to redo something. Also, depending on the classification of the property or the occupants within that property, I value that I can trust the Andersen Team to always move as if they were in a museum. I trust them with the fine finishings of a private home and the high traffic common areas of a mixed use property.

It is hard to find a company that is remarkably impressive in all aspects of their work but Andersen Commercial Plumbing has impressed me this way every time I’ve called them in the last 4 years and throughout all the properties I have called them to work. I assume you would have an identical experience if you were to need and call them.

Andersen Plumbing was amazing! They came and fixed our leaking urinal. They sent out Austin who is a Master Plumber. At first I was worried they were going to send an entry level person. Austin was so professional, he had all the right tools, was efficient, and even cleaned up after himself. The job was done 100% correct. These guys are worth every penny. Thank you!
