Thanks for fixing my toilets , I got really high bill from the water company , and i found out that the water inside toilet water wouldn’t stop running , I didn’t know it would affect the water bill . Called late in afternoon, came 9am next morning on time. Figured out toilet problem and made necessary repairs. Ran snake out as I far as he could. Removed blockage. Very knowledgeable and fair.

Nick was very pleasant, polite, thorough, and courteous. He found the problem right away, fixed it and added some extra hardware to make sure we don't have the same problem again.

N. Hoag is a fraud. He charged me nearly $1000 to do simple work and took advantage of me because I was not there to oversee his work. I had to re-plumb my sewer line, costing me double what he damaged. He is careless and extremely unprofessional! Make sure you have a license number, a copy of his insurance, and a written contract before you have him do any work, that way when (not if) he messes up you can sue him.

Had a water leak on resident side of the meter box. Called for service. Quoted me 2800 to redo plumbing and never even verified what the issue was or where the source of the leak was. Took it upon my self to explore and found just needed to replace a fitting on the other side of the meter box. Glad I took it upon myself to explore the problem. Went from 2800 dollars to less than 30 dollars.
