This is the third home issue I've called them out for, and each time, they take the time to show me what's happening and explain the issue and possibilities for repair or replacement. Daniel was the only plumber that did a through assessment of my issue when he came out to do the initial inspection and estimate...,he explained the whole problem to me in a way I could clearly understand... and he was able to fix the major sewage problem I had underneath my house (plus the other pipes that were broken) quickly and throughly. Flash plumbing did an excellent job! They swapped out the 40 gallon tank for a new tankless heater. The entire time they were professional, courteous and respectful. They left the area cleaner than when they started. 100% would hire them in the future!

I am very disappointed with this company. Your plumber went out to my property and was supposed to unclog the drain. I spoke to Priscilla and she gave me a price over the phone. She made very clear to me that there would be no upselling. $199.00 to unclog drain. First thing that they do is telling me that they wouldn't be able to put a snake through the pipes because they were too old and they wouldn't be liable if something were to happen to them. Then, they come up with a ridiculous price to replace a piece of pipe $4200.00 uncalled for. I called another company, they came out and uncloged the drains for $200.00 no upselling whatsoever. I had him check out the pipes in the basement and he said that everything checked out fine. Please stay far away from these crooks! Not an honest company. Will be going to the BBB With my complaint.

Best plumbing service. When our water heater stopped working I called several businesses. Flash was the first to respond and come out. Turns out I needed to replace the water heater.
I got a couple other opinions and they agreed. Flash also had the best pricing. Service and workmanship is outstanding. Great small family owned business. Very easy to work with. Very responsive. If you need a plumbing service you should definitely be calling Flash.

What I thought was a minor problem with one faucet turned in to a major overhaul of my 1927 home's entire plumbing system. Flash Plumbing workers stayed on the job for four days, providing me with detailed information, explanations and progress reports every step of the way. I highly recommend them.

My parents are in their 80’s and get taken advantage of when it comes to getting work around their house done. Daniel from flash plumbing gave me a quote over the phone to replace a toilet. They booked a time, came in did the job and cleaned up after themselves, and did not try to nickel and dime my parents with extra charges. And they were kind. Will use them again!
