Technician , Jeremy, who came out to my property was very knowledgeable, Polite and thorough. Would recommend Jeremy definitely.

I signed in for appointment on line. It gave me various time slots for plumber to come so I choose the first time slot (9am to 11am). They sent me a picture of who was coming and first and last name 30 minutes before 9am. Ace Pelizon Plumbing was really impressive and also do central air and heating. BEWARE UPDATE ON OUR REVIEW FROM YESTERDAY!

Albert was great friendly did a fantastic job working on an old shower valve. Apologize for not getting the name of his supervisor who went out of his way to bring a part to Albert. Outstanding company and employees. Will highly recommend to others. UPDATE the work was completed I was not informed how the shower valve would end up working I was just showed the new handle. When completed the technician showed me the completed work. Thought it would be okay turns out we can barely pull out it's so far into the wall. Had them out today to look at their work and remedy the work. The outcome was they were willing to give 50% off of the work they did yesterday. And will charged us appropriately $1,200 more for a new modern valve we explained to the company being seniors we are on a fixed income and and could not afford that they offered financing not and option right now for us.So we are stuck with several hundred dollars spent for nothing.BEWARE.Picture below.

Plumber came out to evaluate my POS Rheem water heater. He showed me that Ho~Depot sold me a garbage unit made with plastic valves & cheap parts. Fixing it under warranty is a waste of time because parts are covered but time for installation is not. I was then offered a superior system with installation costs fully disclosed as well as a cheaper option.

Albert has been out for some repairs and replacements a few times. Always pleasant, informative and quality work. Thanks to post pandemic pricing I'll need wallet replacement surgery.

I had an issue with my water filtration system and wasn't able to get my usual plumber to complete the repairs. Scheduling was easy especially after hours and got a technician scheduled the next day. Albert was friendly and got to work right away. I was very satisfied with the repairs and was able to get the costs down to where I was comfortable with.

Top Notch Plumbing has done lots of work for us and each time they have been prompt, courteous and their prices are very fair. We use them every time we have a plumbing issue and they never let us down. We will be having them do more work in the future. Thanks for being a reputable company!

Jaime and his team were honest, fair, and timely. Even when a issue arose in the middle of the job they remained true and got the job done as soon as possible. Jaime, Santana, Juan and the rest of their team are top tier plumbers that know exactly what they’re doing, they take the time to explain their findings and recommendations and make you feel at ease throughout the entire process. We had a damaged pipe underneath our slab and they provided several options on how to repair. We ultimately chose to have the pipes sleeved and throughout the entire process they kept us updated, showing us their progress as they broke thru the slab to access the damaged pipe and how the repaired pipes looked after being sleeved. I have been a general contractor for more than 35 years, and this was my first time working with Top Notch Plumbing. I contacted them through my usual plumbing contractor, and they responded very quickly. Jimmy, the owner, personally came over and spent almost half a day using their top-of-the-line equipment to show me the issues inside my project's drain lines.

There was no sales pitch or pressure to win my project. Most impressively, he didn’t even ask for any payment. When I asked him how much I owed, he said nothing!

We had an emergency gas leak and Top Notch fixed our issue immediately. They were up front with their pricing and waited while So Cal Gas was checking for leak. I highly recommend Top Notch. They live up to their name.
