I was very impressed with Monkey Wrench's professionalism--great communication, branded truck, technician's uniform, state of the art technology for servicing. We had the pleasure of Luis who came out to do our annual scaling of our tankless water heater. He was very thorough, took pride in his work and was a pleasure to have in our home. We will definitely call Monkey Wrench again and hope to have Luis as our technician next time.

My job was complex, a duel Zoeller sewage pump system that needed repair, so it involved plumbing, electrical hookup, and a solid knowledge of heavy-duty pumping equipment. Michael showed up in the morning, knew Zoeller systems inside and out, knew the best replacement parts and all the recommended procedures, and by the afternoon, it was all working perfectly to factory specs. Mike is Zoeller certified. Also, the company’s customer support was first class. I contacted them with my technical issues through their website and thirty minutes later they emailed me back saying their techs had read over my sewage breakdown description and could fix it no problem.
They had an opening the very next morning and I jumped on it and am so glad did. And this may seem minor but just like Uber or Lyft I get a message a half hour before the technician arrived with his smiling photo saying he was on his way. Fair price, not dirt cheap, but pros who know how to get the job done right.

We had a very bad clogged sink - thankfully Carlos Y was able to come through the same day and fix it. Extremely professional, personable, and hard working. Will definitely call Monkey Wrench for all future issues!

I recently needed to repipe my house and install a new water heater. Rick from Monkey Wrench was the lead Technician. Rick's knowledge of Tankless water heaters is second to none.

The Team, led by Rick, was a pleasure to work with. Their professionalism and expertise made it the best encounter I have had with a large company.

His Team went above and beyond. Jose Z. was the Technician in charge of performing the repipe. His professionalism and attention to detail were above par. Jose and the Team encountered a few issues during the repipe due to the old pipes. He walked me through the problems and solutions.

I've actually never come across a company as organized as Monkey Wrench.

Their communication was stellar. They even sent me a video about the plumber who was to come out and do the work so I can get to know him before his arrival. This might seem extraneous or unnecessary (probably is) but it was a nice touch.

My installer Enrique was very clear in his communication and solved my problem within the first 30 seconds. I know that may be unique to me, but overall I could tell even if the problem was more complicated, he would've been able to solve it without issue.

I can whole heartedly recommend them for their communication skills and level of service.

Wow, Monkey Wrench Plumbing is such a professional company! Rick & Mario came to replace our water heaters and did an excellent job. They were polite, did a great job explaining everything, and overall had a great experience. They actually worked into the night just to get the job done. Would recommend and will definitely contact them for any future plumbing needs!

We had a great experience with Monkey Wrench. They replaced our shower valve that was damaged by another plumbing company. Their team, Bradley, Alfredo and Jesus assessed the situation and was ready to repair it. Each of them were friendly, professional, experienced, and knowledgeable. They explained everything step by step and kept a clean working space. We highly recommend they services.
