Put a faux wood durable vinyl flooring throughout our home. The estimate was detailed and included items we had not thought about. The installers did a fabulous job prepping for the vinyl and did detailed baseboard finishing in difficult spots. Nice work!

Each step of the process for the purchase of our new flooring has been a very pleasant experience. From the time I walked into the Cupertino S & G Carpet store till the last day of the installation. To be honest I walked into the S & G store with another carpet store’s sample. The ‘Other Store’ had completed one room in our home and we were not pleased with the quality of the carpet install or the Customer Service. However that all changed when I walked into the S & G Carpet store. John, Flooring Consultant, worked with me to ensure the lament flooring we selected was still in stock. Dan, IHSC, was very knowable and answered my list of questions when he can to measure and provide us with a quote. The Install Team, Jesus, Ivan and Eduardo were top notch! They installed plastic to protect our kitchen cabinets and provide dust control. They moved our furniture with great care. Their workmanship, professionalism and the quality of the install exceed our expectations! In fact the Installation Team completed the Project 1 day ahead of schedule – certainly an unexpected bonus. We love the lament flooring! I would highly recommend S& G to my family and friends.

The installers were very professional, they arrived on time, checked everything with us and got to work. They worked fast and clean. They moved the furniture and replaced it properly when they were done. We are very happy with our new carpets.

Everything was top notch, from our first encounter with the sale rep in the store to the completed carpet installation. We were told the lead times on carpet orders and install times and given free samples to take home. Ordering was easy and straightforward, and I got emails to confirm everything. The carpet installers followed our instructions for getting to our house (thus avoiding a closed road and potential delays), removed the old carpet, installed the new pad and carpet and then were on their way. Everything was left very clean. I am a very pleased and happy customer -- and my new carpet looks great :)

I had heard the funny S&G carpet radio commercials so gave them a try. Upon entering the showroom I was impressed with the clean, well stocked, well organized showroom. I was helped by a very sweet and knowledgeable sales person named Justine. She was patient, answered all questions and gave me samples. All of the staff in this store were kind and helpful. My carpet arrived and installed within a few weeks. My installation included moving furniture. The two gentlement who arrived were careful and quick in moving and installing and then replacing my furniture. They worked quickly but skillfully to install my carpet. It looks fabulous! I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The product was the highest of quality, the people at the Cupertino Store were professional and very courteous, We got in on a 30% sale and saved a lot of money. The whole house got completely new floors and carpet. Omar and Juan were the installers they were experts and did an excellent job. They took very good care of our furniture and were completely professional and polite. Now we have the most beautiful floors. We couldn’t be happier.

I had a great experience with my purchase and install with S & G Carpets of Cupertion. The sales person "Cam" was very helpful, easy to work with and provided some great suggestions. The installers were awesome. Their workmanship was outstanding. They took pride in their work, paid attention to details, they were on time and a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend S & G.

I had a great experience with S&G Carpet Cupertino. They made me a great deal, were attentive to my needs, and communicated well during time-line. The installation crew were friendly and obviously well trained. They knocked out the project in record time and cleaned up meticulously. Over-all, I give them an A+

I had an overall positive experience with Customer Service when my bedroom carpet, installed in 2017, buckled along the center. It took some time to set up an appointment for this, but the service was performed by two very courteous gentlemen. They were efficient and did an excellent job of stretching and cleaning up when they were done. I was very pleased that this was done for no charge seven years after installation.

I have contracted with S&G several times and have never been disappointed. Their sales force is knowledgeable and friendly. They have a great selection of materials. The timing to get the materials, this time around, took a little longer, but that’s the nature of the times. Once they had the material the rest of the process went well. We had a minor problem after the install which was handled quickly once we told the company about it. They stand by they work. And in the end this is what I value most in a company, their customer service. I would use S&G again for my flooring needs .

I've gotten great pricing on BEAUIFUL laminate wood flooring from S&G Carpet in Cupertino. The young woman who answered the phone was patient, efficient, and got the job done right. I had some problems at first when I was installing the planks (the first time for me) and called to ask about it. The woman who answered the phone had installers call me the next morning. They called and listened to the issues. One of the installers offered to stop over to take a look and show me how to install the planks correctly. He was VERY helpful! After he left, I was able to start on the project again, and this time it worked perfectly!! Thank you S&G Carpet personnel! This is the second time in 25 years that I've bought flooring products from S&G Carpet, for two different houses, and I remembered the great service and products from the first time. I always recommend them.
